Absolutely shocking. Will never use again, will never recommend and will do my utmost to make sure every one I know NEVER uses them. Left me and 2 children stranded with no way to get home! Sent me a text to say the car was dispatched, I called 30 mins later to find out where it was only to be told they had cancelled my car. No reason or explanation and no notification for me. Disgusting.

Booked hours in advance, taxi still 10 minutes late - got told it was not a big deal 'love' and told to 'stop gabbing' although I had a train to catch, hence why it was important it was on time and i had booked so far in advance. Spoken to like crap in a misogynistic way using terms such as 'love' and telling me to 'stop whinging', clearly because I am a female - doubt he would have spoken to a male this way and it made me feel unsafe. Driver also told me he didn't care if I missed my train. Disgusting driver, disgusting phone service. Misogynistic and unprofessional service. Needs investigating!

Probably the worse taxi company i have tried to use i say tried to use they just dont turn up

The worst taxi company. Do not use. Rang and booked a taxi at midday for 11 pm that night. At 11.30 pm it had not arrive and on the phone they said they were 22 miles away. Shocking service. Avoid.

Booked a taxi on the Tuesday for a Saturday evening at 11:30pm . Out of the area on a Christmas do.
Rang and checked the booking on the Saturday which was all ok.
11:30pm and no taxi arrived.
Past 12:00 and still no taxi.
Rang multiple times and all they can say is very busy and can’t guarantee a taxi.
This was never said on booking.
I was a lone girl out of area with no way home.
Worst service experienced.

Horrendous, booked taxi 48 hours in advance for a paid for train journey, it didn't turn up reason was they couldn't guarantee how many drivers would be working in 48 hours even though they took my advance booking. Explanation wasn't good enough caused us stress and loss of money I'd never use this company again

Absolutely shocking! Had pre booked a taxi to attend an appointment at a certain time and I ended up finding an alternative way to get there. - Taxi turned up 25 mins late while I was out and was called to say taxi was outside and when I explained I had to make my own way he just said ok so you need to cancel? No apology or anything, so I will never use them again - dread to think of any elderly or vulnerable people being let down

If I could give less than one star I would. Despite ringing them 12 times they were happy to leave us waiting for a taxi that had been booked in advance for over two hours, even when I told them repeatedly we were two women, on our own, one with health issues, in the middle of nowhere!! Every time I rang I was told it would be there in around ten minutes. At one point the driver went to the destination not the pick-up (the pick/up was clearly stated each time I rang them on their auto confirm message) we got told it was our fault for not been in the right place. I can’t honestly believe with everything that has been in the news over the last year about women’s safety an established taxi firm thinks this is reasonable. My advice would be do not rely on this firm to get you anywhere on time or safely! We ended up having to get a lift home with a stranger because the taxi firm refused to guarantee that a taxi would ever make it to us but by the time they told us that it was too late to get a car from another firm!

Pre booked a taxi 4 hours in advance, wasn't even assigned to a driver when it came to that time, phoned and they said it would be around 20 more minutes, didn't take any responsibility for not delivering the service. Absolutely awful, I don't know who governs them but someone needs to observe the complete shambles of a service they offer.

absolutely the worst company I have/will ever use for anything in my life. the people in the offices are miserable and useless and when you call up to tell them the taxi driver kicked a young female out of the taxi during the journey because i was paying via card, they quite frankly won’t give a toss. I’m a key holder for work and all of my staff were left stood outside in the rain and cold due to this. I would rather walk everywhere for the rest of my life than pay this disgusting company another penny

Booked this taxi company 24 hours before so gave them plenty of notice they were over 50 mins late
They take your booking even though they might not able to fulfil the time you wanted that’s because there approach is that if they take your booking no other taxi company can take the business.

Unable to give 0 stars. So me and the hubby went out for a few hours booked a babysitter until 8 knowing how crap ABBA are pre booked for 7 30 no taxi.. if you ring from your own phone that you booked from straight through to answer phone saying cab on its way rang from hubby's told 20 more mins so now 30mins after prebooked cab get a txt taxi on way 10mins later no taxi ring number no answer ring ABBA again apparently taxi turned up (no it did not) and left explain no phone call received they finally put me thru to manager (absolutely not a Karen just so pissed off right now) told 45 mins to an hour absolutely insist not good enough told 16 more is that OK? Guess so as they have a monopoly in warrington so what can I do thank god uber great and got one rang ABBA to cancel told ok and then they still turn up as I getting a lift absolutely USELESS

Probably the worst taxi service we've experienced. Taxi was booked for 11pm but arrived 00:26am. An hour and a half late. The person (couldn’t tell if it was a male or female - very strong accent) that I rang and spoke to at 11pm said it will be 15-20mins. I rang at 11:30pm to then be told again it'll be another 15-20mins which was a blatant lie. We were stranded in the middle of no where in the freezing cold and the person on the phone had the nerve to be rude to me saying "why are you arguing, I've told you already we have had a lot of other bookings in town" excuse me that's not my problem! WE ALSO had a booking at 11pm that I prebooked earlier on in the day which was the significant part that they were choosing to ignore. Luckily another taxi firm who already had a booking saw how lost and cold we looked so asked his booking if we could hitch their ride and thankfully they were very willing to help. Cannot believe you guys actually thought we would be ok waiting in the freezing cold for an hour and a half. The event closed at 11pm hence our booking at 11pm. With all of the above already pretty poor - you guys was also 20mins late for our 9:30pm booking. Atleast you guys are consistent with being late. Anyone reading this please do not use Abba Taxis. They are rude. Unreliable. Outright rubbish. Obviously don’t know how to manage the time of their taxi drivers. By looking at these other reviews they don’t seem to care and will continue their awful service because they know people will still use them if they’re desperate

Absolute disgrace of a taxi firm!! Rang for a taxi. Was told 20-30 minutes by quite a rude lady. No sign, as I stood outside freezing! Rang back, spoke to a pleasant gentleman who told me I was first in the queue and would be 10-15 minutes! 10 minutes, and one of their taxis finally shows up……drives straight past me and picks up a girl a few metres down the road from me. Obviously wasn’t FOR her, as she said “oh….ok” to the driver before getting in! If a driver asks your name for the booking, you don’t reply with a surprised “oh…..ok”. I ring back, got rude lady again who told me driver cancelled as he turned up and I wasn’t there!!! I’d been stood there in the cold for an hour!! She told me it would be another 20-30 minute wait for another now. I told her to forget it. Tried few other firms but no joy. Rang these back again and was informed they’re fully booked for the night now! So, an hour and 15 minute walk home from work after waiting an hour in the cold!

Honestly shocking, they’ve never been good but I don’t think I’ll use them again after today. My sister ordered a taxi at 4pm and was told it would be 10-15 mins, after calling back they told her it had been cancelled so she ordered another one and was told it would be an hour. After over an hour of waiting she called again and they told her it had been cancelled again!! Not once did they call or text her to let her know, she was left standing there for over an hour and a half.

Absolutely disgusting service. Taxi was booked early, they even didn’t informed that they don’t have available cars. We was waiting for nothing. When we try to call them, they just said no cars available and stop the call. Disgusting service

Booked taxi for set time, train was running 3 minutes late, received a call from the rudest driver. I explained my train is delayed a little but I would be with him in a couple of minutes, driver informed me that the next train wasn't for 10 minutes, which wasn't true and hung up on me and drove off. Very unprofessional and a let down to abbas other drivers

Never use this company!! Pre-booked taxis to be taken somewhere and picked up later on, firstly getting picked up to take us they were late and then when it come to picking 4 of us up they kept hanging up when asking where we should meet them. After calling multiple times and then hanging up, they said they would send in 20 mins and when calling to see where they were again they said the taxi was cancelled. Left 4 girls stranded somewhere they didn’t know, awful awful service and horrible people never ever ever use!! Would give -5 if I could

Terrible service i rang at six ordered a taxi for 7-30 to get to work for eight 7-45 i rang them up to ask where it was apperantly it was on its way it never turned up decided to set off walking to work asby now i was nearly an hour late good job ive got a good boss thats all im saying i will never use them again total waste of space

Don't use this company appalling service...booked in advance on the app still waiting 90 minutes later...customer service is a sham they need their operating licence taking off them chimpanzees could run it better!!!!
