Got 1 star because could not give zero. Booked minibus for 6 people a week ago and arranged price, rang yesterday to confirm and all was good. Now 2 taxis turn up and the drivers will not honour the price, and drive off. Utter rubbish, use at your own peril

Rude customer service!!
Was told to pre order my taxi to pick the kids up from school which I did 2 hour in advance…. Called them and spoken to them very polite (even though I was angry) to be spoken to in the most utter rudest way! Whoever she was needs to be sacked and sent back to school to learn some manners! Now been told I have to wait for my taxi to arrive in around 1 hour! Worse taxi company ever they need to go back to the drawing board and re think how to run a business. Absolute disgrace

Should be an option to rate zero.
Booked a taxi hours in advance for a specific time to attend a meeting.

Operator took booking, didn't advise of any delays or issues.

An hour after taxi should have arrived still no sign, given the run around on the phone. Ending up cancelling taxi after missing meeting.

Should not be allowed to have monopoly on taxis in Warrington. Awful company, poor service, poor attitude, not sure how they are even still operating. Boycott!!

I booed a taxi at 8.15am for pickup at 8.85am I called several times. Oh it will dispatched as soon as possible that was at 9.00am 15 minutes late
I called again 9.10am it's on its way
9.15 I had missed my doctors appointment
I cancelled
This is a none taxi service
To be avoided

If I could give 0 stars I would. ABBA are by far the worst taxi company I have ever used! You book the taxi well in advance and they don't turn up and come up with excuses. Stay well away from this company because they let you down time and time again!

Booked at 21:07. 5-10 minutes
21:30 phone back. 15 minutes.
21:50 phone back. 15 minutes it’s on its way.
22:05 phone back. 10 minutes.
Stood here with 2 6yr olds at gullivers. Wnkrs. Got another now. Managed to flag a black cab. Total disrespect for the customer here. Good luck if you use them.

The worst service I have ever received from any company. Firstly I went to the office to book a taxi. 1hr and 15mins I was waiting. The first time I was about to come in and ask about my taxi a man came out and said it should not be long. People turning up after me ordering taxi’s and getting in before me. When I finally went to enquire about what is going on with my taxi apparently I had never booked one and it will be another 30 minutes wait. I was told I should of just got in one of the taxis beforehand but they fail to understand the taxi driver will not let me in because it’s not my name. After asking if I could speak properly to somebody as I am so angry at this point and I don’t want to speak through an intercom the lady became severely rude making out the whole situation was my own fault and refused to help. Even after this people were still getting in taxi’s after me. I finally got in one and the taxi driver refused to take card just because… he even admitted to myself it was working, he just doesn’t like using it because of fee’s. Meaning we had to go out of my way to get cash. Why advertise this then? Never ever have I complained but this service is shockingly awful and they don’t even care. I thought taxi’s were meant to be convenient but this is far from it. I highly recommend not using this service as it causes so many problems and can some managers please send your operating staff to a customer service course because my god they need it. Absolute shambles of a company.

Miserable woman on customer service. Booked a taxi two hours prior and it was running twenty minutes late. I had a train to catch so ring Abba and a miserable woman said it is our fault we only have ourselves 25 minutes to get the train which is a five minute drive away. If they were honest and couldn’t accommodate the booking I would have rung someone else. Zero quality service DO NOT USE

Absolutely dreadful service. Book a taxi a day in advance and it still doesn't show. Get told you're in a queue and the driver will turn up in the next 30 minutes, this is 40 minutes AFTER the time they were supposed to be there.
Telephone staff don't care and have awful attitudes. No apologies, no accountability.

The worst company ever. I'm 35 weeks pregnant and after waiting 10 minutes they accepting the job and after again waiting another 5 mins they put back "booked" and now after 22 mins waiting still nothing... thanks...

I rang for a taxi early evening yesterday, I was told the taxi was on its way, when I asked how long it would be roughy I was told very rudely ‘I’ve just told you it’s on its way’ and she hung up!. When the taxi arrived it was disgustingly dirty and smelt! The taxi did arrive very promptly but I almost didn’t get in it because of how dirty and smelly it was!

This is the most obnoxious taxi rank in warrington. Booked a taxi midday for 11pm but still refused to turn up even after being told that one was on its way at 22.54 but still didn’t arrive because we had very small dog cavapoo with us even though we had booked this taxi with said dog. Absolutely disgusting service from a company we use regularly with our dog. Will never use again

Totally unreliable,they just cancel your booking with no explanation and leave people stranded.

Shockingly rubbish.
You book a taxi hours in advance; they say they’re coming. I rang several times for an update when no taxi arrived as booked for 11pm. Kept being told different stories but that they were coming. Our friends were still stranded. The guy said basically ‘well you shouldn’t have booked on the app’ and yes we’ll prioritise you and it will be 20-30 mins. It got to 1.30am….guess what no taxi. An absolute disgrace all round. Don’t rely on anything you book with Abba.

Do not use the automated system. It will tell you a car will be dispatched as soon as possible. It doesn’t tell you that night be over an hour. I missed my train because off these clowns. It used to be a good service as well. Terrible now.

The worst taxi company I've used, most of the time my taxi is late even if I order taxi much earlier.

I don’t think there is a worse taxi service the woman on the phone every time is so so rude and the service is SO slow. I have been late to work numerous amounts of time as my taxi hasn’t turned up. Ridiculous.

My car is out of service and I needed to go and have my covid vaccination. Both the journey to the centre and back (different drivers) was a good experience. The drivers arrived on time, were polite, friendly and professional. The cars were clean and I felt safe - that's very important in my opinion. I will use this service again.
