POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
This Company website is atrocious. For the last six months, at least, if you try to login, you get a message that the site is being updated.
This means that you cannot register equipment, get support, or order spares.
A Company the size of Roche must have access to technical expertise, or is this a way of expressing their low opinion of the customers who provide their profits.

Great Service
I can't praise this company highly enough. I have had two problems with testing devices (both brought about by me, not the product) which were resolved speedily and with no fuss. They have been fantastic.
