I couldn't thank Mr. John more for being such a true gentleman. I did one of my rotations with ACE at Brooklyn last year. For some reason, the doctor I rotated with didn't write the letter of recommendation after promising to write one. Whenever I tried to contact, he was like I am willing, just give me some time and stuff. Mr. John literally fought for me and made sure I get one before ERAS application deadline. I had lost hope about the situation however, Mr. John kept fighting and ultimately helped me accomplish what I deserve.

ACE is a wonderful organisation. I had my rotations planned at New York and Houston, in internal medicine, however due to COVID crisis I was unable to complete it. Right from the beginning, the people at ACE.MD were so polite and organised, it made me comfortable and confident about them. Later, I also received the refund of the rotation as I was unable to attend them at all. Even with the refund, they were so quick and honest. Their work ethic is fantastic. Something that's worth mentioning in bold and capital letters. They're very genuine and good people, and are there to help out even if it might seem a little outside their purview.
If I consider doing my rotations some time in the future, I'll definitely get back to ACE and nowhere else. I recommend this to everybody. Thank you.

I recently completed a 4 week telemedicine rotation in internal medicine with Dr.S. I saw a wide variety of I.M and addiction medicine cases. I was able to speak to patients, present cases daily and have a discussion about the management of the patients with Dr.S who was very kind and keen to teach. I would highly recommend this rotation to all medical students and graduates who are currently looking for opportunities to gain USCE.

I went to Baylor clinc at Houston under guidance of Dr. Shamoon Ahmed, he is wonderful human being and have a great teaching skills. I totally enjoyed and utilized my elective. Finally Ace team especially Mariu is professional and they are available to answer all my questions even after completing the elective.

ACE helped me to get clinical rotation at the last moments in COVID pandemic. It's team members are highly effecient. While observing Dr. Z through telemedicine, I learnt management of variety of interesting cases, health care system of U.S and directly interacted with patients as well. Dr. Z became one of my favourite doctors and it was a very comforting experience with the ACE team. Also, Dr.Z promised a personlized LOR for me as it was a best opportunity to know each other via tele rotation. I would highly recommend ACE team to anyone!

After looking online for so many placement services, I came across ACE and reached out to them concerning a specialty I was having some trouble booking. ACE were honest about what was available, when it was available, the cost, and prerequisites. They connected me with an associate who guided me throughout the whole process and were really helpful whenever I had any questions. It is a four week rotation at a clinic in Houston. I have really loved my experience here so far. My attending has been so nice and helpful. I got to learn a lot clinically, so many intriguing cases were discussed. Just an amazing experience overall.

My first clinical rotation with ACE was back in 2018. I was new to the process of acquiring a USCE. Through a friend, I found out about ACE. They not only helped me get a clinical rotation, but also supported me through the entire process.
This year because of travel restrictions, I decided to opt for a tele-rotation. And of course who else to turn to other an agency that I trust.
The psychiatry tele-rotation was a unique experience. Dr. A is an incredibly helpful mentor. Despite the fact that these were online sessions, his enthusiasm to teach, discuss cases, and research papers with his students was apparent. I wished I could have joined the students at his clinic. It looked like they really enjoying themselves, learning and interacting with patients.
I had a great experience both times. I recommend anyone to not think twice and choose ACE to gain a USCE and ultimately your LOR.

I had a great learning experience with the team

I stumbled across ACE md during my search for elective and my life instantly became easier. The team immediately set up a whatsapp group with me and discussed the available options based my qualifications and preferences. Unfortunately, I was not able to attend the hands on electives due to COVID19 but the team immediately reach out to me and arranged online electives which were absolutely of a very high standard. Furthermore, the dates are very flexible and when pay a deposit for one elective it can be transferred to another elective in case something happened and you had to changr. I must say ACE md team will left a great weight off your shoulders during your journey for finding and arranging electives.

I had an observership via ACE. Everything was based on their promise and even BETTER. As they told me the experience is probably outpatient, but it was both outpatient and inpatient. The supervising doctor was very knowledgeable and I learned a lot. I had also two months of research experience via ACE that was very helpful. ACE staff were always available for any concern and they responded quickly.

I signed up for the “Be a Published Author Program” with Dr. T, through ACE. I was a bit skeptical as I thought it would have been a lot of work while studying for steps. With the guidance of Dr. T and Dr. K, I was able to publish a traditional review in a PubMed indexed journal. At the end of this course, unquestionably you will have all the tools to write an article on your own unaided. The team at ACE and there affiliations are excellent.

Excellent rotation! Great support throughout the experience. I recommend ACE to anyone looking to strengthen their application through research or clinical opportunities.

I booked an USCE through ACE but unfortunately, due to the Covid-19 travel restrictions, I was not able to do it.
The entire process was extremely smooth and easy. I was able to text with ACE via WhatsApp, they would answer all of my questions and concerns and were very flexible about the starting date and duration of the experience.
Their prices are considerably cheaper than their competitors’, which I really appreciated, and my application documents were accepted by them and the preceptor in a couple of days.
Unfortunately I wasn’t able to experience the rotation but, when I asked them for a full refund of the money I had already paid, they provided that the following day without any issue.
I hope to be able to finally do the rotation in the next months and I will definitely rebook through ACE.

Highly recommended!! I took a General Internal medicine Elective Rotation with Dr.E.V at Suny Downstate medical Center in Brooklyn, NYC. It was a very valuable learning experience in a really nice and comfortable environment.I loved my Experience with ACE.
