Nice and fast to respond. Great PDF converter.

This company and it's software is the best I have ever used. The support is over the top. Quick response time is essential and they meet it hands down! The software is awesome in that I can do pretty much anything I need to do with a PDF editor, all options are available with a license!
And although Trust Pilot wants my review to state my experience with the software from 10/21/2026, my experience with Ace Thinker dates back at least to 2020!

Have tried other adobe replacements, ended up ditching them for Ace instead. I like the interface and its abilities. The only suggestion that I could think of would be to add a TWAIN component. Overall, Ace is the best one I have used. Have it installed on both laptops and my workstation.

Software works as described. Had an issue with the license code after I reinstalled windows on my laptop, emailed their support and they reactivate my code within 1 day. Good customer service.

The software is good, It does what the company says it does. More importantly, I purchased a lifetime license. I had a problem with my pc and had to replace the motherboard in my pc. I needed a new license key after that. I contacted the company I made the purchase from, they sent me to Ace Thinker, I then sent them my request, after hours, and the reason for it. I received a new license the very next day via email. Outstanding customer service!

I paid for a lifetime license almost 10 years ago, but had not used the product in several years since. I was about to have a webinar that I wanted to record so I pulled out the p;d product and it no longer worked. Upon contacting customer service they supplied me with an updated version of the software an a fresh lifetime license! I would give 10 stars if that was possible! Thank You!!

I lost the activation code for my app, so when I installed it in my replacement laptop, I couldn't activate it. I wrote the company and almost immediately got a response and a new activation code. Really great service.

I recently had to replace the motherboard in my Mac following accidental liquid damage, which meant I needed to reinstall Aqua Clip. When I tried to reactivate my lifetime licence, the system initially showed that my activation code had already been used.

I contacted customer support and they were extremely helpful in resolving the issue. They understood the situation, dealt with my request efficiently, and helped me get my lifetime licence reactivated.

I was using Aqua Clip for 9-months but my PC needed a new flash memory and the old code did not work after reformatting the new flash drive. I contacted the support line and WITHIN 8hrs I RECEIVED A NEW code (from Jim Campton) which successfully activated the Aqua Clip.
