The process from start to finish was smooth and painless. All the staff we dealt with were very helpful especially Scott who helped us from applying for the mortgage and talking us through everything right up until the mortgage offer that came through today. Would highly recommend.

Krysia is an amazing advisor, she explains the costs and savings over the whole mortgage period, highlighting why sometimes the lowest interest rate isn't the best option, which other advisors at different companies I've used did not do! She takes her time to explain everything well and is very personable!

Claire and Kotryna were so helpful. Super informative no job was too small and super quick getting back to me with any question big or small. Highly recommend!

Incredible service from Kassie in the dyce branch. Very clear throught the whole process. She managed to sort our mortgage so fast, was always there on the phone or email for any questions and always had a smile on her face. Would highly recommend.
