We received great service from Aberdein Considine, and we would especially like to thank Rory and Zak. They always gave us genuine and friendly advice. I truly appreciate their support throughout the entire process. Very professional and highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing service from the very start. Christopher Grant & Noreen Maughan went above and beyond helping me go through the house buying process while also making the process far less intimidating than it needed to be. They took care of absolutely everything, and made sure I was kept informed throughout.

AC was just great. David, our adviser, was always helpful and pro active. Couldn’t recommend more.

Karen Anderson (Ellon) and Stevie White for mortgage and protection were fully committed throughout process. Meeting Karen in person twice made everything feel straightforward even when applying for mortgage based on an increased salary due soon rather than basing on current salary. Karen also gave very helpful advice regarding protection cover options. Stevie although never met in person was behind the scenes pulling applications together and keeping me updated throughout. They secured the best possible monthly price for me. Excellent all round. Paula from Ellon who did the viewing of property was quick to arrange viewing, lovely in manner and followed up in getting information on all questions I asked. She also did the viewing for my mum’s home that she just loves living in now. Paula has therefore been an angel to us twice- walking us through our dream homes to be. AC also sold my property in May this year just in time for my dream property coming up. If their were 100 star option I would give!!! Solicitor Jordan and assistant Caroline from Peterhead- have had for selling and buying now- excellent- has been very simple and straightforward. Riley from Peterhead who managed my property for selling- was always super helpful and pleasant to speak to on phone. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐…😊 Big fan of AC. Lynsey.

We are extremely pleased with the service provided by Aberdein Considine, particularly by Karen Anderson, Mortgage and Protection Adviser, and Stevie White, Mortgage and Protection Case Manager. They explained the entire process clearly, and with their support, everything went smoothly. It was truly a stress-free experience, and we are happy to rate their performance a perfect 10 out of 10.

I am really satisfied with the services provided by Aberdein Considine. All the people that I dealt with, Scott Brown, Mattehw Thompson and Gemma Farquhar, were really helpful.

My only issue is that I had been advised that the mortgage borker woulnd't charge any fees for their services but when I was signing the terms and conditions with the mortgage advisor there was a section that said I could be liable to pay the difference between the comission the bank paid them and £500. However, when I brought it up I was reasured I wouldn't have to pay anything. And that was the case. It would have been much better if that clause hand't been there altogether.

Chelsea from AC Glasgow Byres road promptly answered any and all of my questions and made my first ever mortgage process easy and a breeze. Would highly recommend

Noreen and Krysia in Edinburgh were friendly and helpful, always answering queries promptly and sometimes even outside of the 9-5! This was my first mortgage, they kept the process stress free and transparent throughout.

Clare from the Inverurie branch was very helpful and knowledgeable when securing our mortgage. She explained everything to us and even managed to find a better deal than the original one. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for independent advice.

Craig and Stevie were so vital in securing my mortgage. I had quite a complicated situation and therefore the process before I reached out to AC Mortgages was very stressful. As soon I got in touch with Craig he was knowledgable and reassuring that he would be able to find me a mortgage that was right for me. The communication from both Craig and Stevie was constant and I was always made aware of next steps and changes. Can't recommend them enough, they took all my stress away and I now have a great mortgage offer. Would highly recommend!

Kassie was incredibly lovely and helpful, made getting my first mortgage stress free with very prompt communication and always made sure I understood what was going on. I can’t thank her enough for all her help.

Amazing service from Craig! We used AC when we first bought our house which was smooth sailing thanks to the support from Craig, he’s also reached out and helped us remortgage onto a better deal now we’re 2 years down the line.
