We used Ubiqus for the first time for an event requiring translation in four languages. The whole process was smooth and I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring translation services. The communication before the event was very thorough and professional, a technician travelled from London to Cardiff for one of our client meetings to answer any questions the client had, onsite the team were considerate to the listed building that we were using. They set up the equipment quickly and allowed plenty of time for testing. On the day, the interpreters were well briefed and experienced. The technology all worked seamlessly. Ubiqus Legal have NEVER answered the phone to me.

It is basically impossible to communicate with Ubiqus Legal - they do not answer the phone or respond to emails quickly. It is pointless obtaining an urgent transcript with them as you will not get it in time.
