Not a good environment to buy a car
Let’s start with the best bit. Lewis , only a young lad but left a lasting impression, and we were thrown to him because the first guy didn’t think we would do the business. It was a building site, not great when you are expecting a great experience. All they had was a couple of portacabins, with the smell of sewage wafting in from the toilet block a few yards away. Now considering how much is being spent on this refurbishment a bit more on a mobile home with a few comforts would go a long way to improve the experience. And certainly it was not disabled friendly, only having steps to get in. Back to the 5*. Lewis could not be more helpful, including delivering the car and taking time to make sure all was as it should be. Head office you have great staff, give them the tools to do their job

Happy with the experience
Took my car to Kia in Warrington for a service and MOT. Was able to book the car in earlier than the appointment which meant that I could catch an earlier bus back home. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The video that I was sent to show me the checking of the tyres and looking at the underside of the car was exceedingly helpful. Overall the experience was very good.

Amazing service Dan was so helpful from start to finish
Dan was amazing from start to finish of the whole process. Dan Made us all feel at ease and kept us fully update throughout from the car being shipped over to when hand over date would be and on collection answered any questions and made sure we was fully equipped to drive off with all the knowledge needed on the car. Amazing!

Kia warranty repair
Took my kia in for repair, waited couple of weeks for an appointment but repair was carried out quickly and under warranty. Reception staff were very friendly and professional. Can't comment on facilities as construction work being undertaken at the moment

Highly professional
Highly professional. Dan answered all my questions and was very prepared to discuss any concerns I had. Once ordered he kept me up to date with regular progress reports on the expected dates.
The actual handover was very smooth.

Service was completed disappointed with no valet again!
Service was completed and infotainment system seems to be fixed after I informed them twice previously that there was a problem with it where the screen would just turn black randomly. I haven’t been able to drive it since bringing it home due to health reasons. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because this was the 2nd service since receiving the car and on the 1st service I was told they ran out of time to valet and clean it but they would ensure it was done thoroughly on the next service. The outside had been washed but no valet inside the car was done which was slightly disappointing considering the promise from the 1st service. I will update my review if my infotainment system isn’t fixed as initially I was told it would need to be booked in for a full day to inspect it yet upon this service they seem to have fixed it as my husband drove the car home and said the screen did not go black once so not sure why I was told it had to be an all day problem when first mentioned.
EDIT** My normal main key for the car no longer works so I’m having to use my spare key so I only have 1 working key which I found out yesterday and the infotainment system doesn’t go black now but does pause temporarily every so often which isn’t a massive problem. My apple car play no longer works regardless of how many leads I have tried but it’s more the fact I am now left with just 1 working key which I will have to try and resolve but due to my health I am unable to do at the moment.

Disappointed
The drivers side car may was very muddy on collection.
The fitting of the accessories was ordered and paid for before the car was collected ( the accessories were out of order at the time ).
At collection of my vehicle was asked if I had been given a quote for the work.
I should not have to say the work was is already paid for.

I received excellent service when my car was called for a safety check. Office staff were pleasant and helpful. As there was no waiting area for customers due to major refurbishment work I was offered tea and cake in the nearby pub. Thank you.

After 2 disastrous purchases of other vehicles from other dealers Sean saved the day and my sanity. An absolute pleasure to deal with! Zero pressure nothing was too much for Sean! Even stayed late so I could collect my car. Once i'd picked the car I wanted he went above and beyond to make sure of a speedy turnaround knowing I was without a car and in dire need for my new job! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sean and all at Acorn. A firm 10/10 from me. Thanks to all at Acorn Kia Warrington. I'll be back for that EV9 at some point 😬😬😍
