Kia Warrington fixed my car in a week rather than the two weeks originally scheduled. I am delighted about this as I use the car for getting to work so this minimised the disruption. Thanks very much for the great customer service.

Exceptional service
Despite working from porta cabins since July last year, the team are always cheery and super helpful.
I was updated on my car status and it was spotless on return even though there is building work nearby.

DIshonest communication
We were offered new front tyres as ours were close to (but not over) the legal limit. We were promised like for like replacement. We arrived to find they had put a lesser tyre on, and didn't tell us or offer to change the price accordingly. They hadn't been able to get the tyres they promised, but they didn't phone us to tell us or ask about putting different ones on.
