I had a very frustrating experience with this game ( call of Duty 7) and with the support from Activision. I purchased a physical copy expecting a simple experience: insert the disc and play the campaign. Instead, I spent hours trying to figure out why the campaign mode would not work.

I followed multiple troubleshooting steps, watched YouTube videos, contacted support, and provided screenshots and information they requested. Even after doing all of that, I was asked to continue recording videos and performing additional steps.

As a customer, this is extremely disappointing. I have owned previous titles in this series on PS3 and PS4 and always enjoyed the experience. I was excited to continue playing on my new console, but this has been the opposite of what I expected.

Players should not have to go through a complicated technical process just to access the campaign mode of a game they already purchased. The amount of time required just to try to make the game work is unreasonable.

Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will be returning the game. I hope the company improves both the installation process and the customer support experience for future players.

Absolutely terrible. I spent an entire day fighting my own BIOS on a high end Alienware gaming PC just to play RANKED MODE. TPM 2.0? Enabled. Secure Boot? On. Memory Integrity? On. Still blocked. Turns out this is a known issue affecting Alienware R10 users that Activision hasn't bothered to fix. I had to contact Dell support, sit through a 24-24 business hour wait (yes they actually said 24-24), and get a special unreleased BIOS update just to meet requirements for a game I already paid for. And the best part? After ALL of that, there are still hackers in every single lobby. Ricochet anti-cheat is an absolute joke. It punishes legitimate players on legitimate hardware while cheaters run free with no consequences. Activision has the audacity to lock players out of ranked mode over BIOS compliance while doing absolutely nothing about the actual cheaters ruining the game. Done with Call of Duty for good. Switching to Valorant where the devs actually care about their players and their anti-cheat actually works. This company is a disgrace. Do better.

Der Support ist nicht wirklich ein Support. Die verstehen ein kaum und geben dann auch noch zu das Crossplay auch wenn es nur auf Konsolen gestellt ist man trotzdem PC Spieler in der Lobby hat. Der Support ist einfach mega beschissen und dann denken die auch noch man ist dumm! Also Leute die da sitzen sollten direkt gefeuert werden. Richtiger Drecksverein!!!!

Activision is harassing me I say the same things everyone else does and I get com banned for no reason last I checked this is supposed to be a adult game and yet we can't even say certain words I'm sorry if u get but hurt over certain words u shouldn't be playing a adult game and activision I will be getting y'all for harassment of freedom of speech try me and Everytime I try to appeal it it always gets denied so don't even try to say appeal it bc they are harassing me like a mutha fucka

Microsoft ruined activision/call of duty. Their woke bs ideology and lame game play. Adding characters like nikki minaj and other people who don't belong in this game. They ruined everything this game was about. They chat ban you for talking trash, but allow all the cheaters to continue to play because they bring players to the game. 1 star is more than they deserve. Their games are trash and less will keep playing them as time progresses.

Less than one star. They are a company of child predators.(Any game they touch) They're hypocrites and break their own terms of service with their own content. They create an environment that revolves around killing people competitively... (Call of duty) And they expect everyone to hold hands and say nice things about each other. The same violations don't apply to their content. Every single person that Activision can suck me and I sincerely hope something bad happens to the executives in charge.

Absolutely woke ideology at work. Where they focus on a topic to avoid fixing a problem they cant or dont know how to fix. Instead of fixing the cheating that plagues the game they worried about censorship of players words altho it being a rated m game. So we got grown adults that dont play the game telling other grown adults if u say bad words u go to time out. 14 days chat ban for cussing in general not at someone

If i could give zero star I would they do not try and assist. They send auto generated emails and it explains nothing about what you emailed about. there so quick to close the email and deem it solved when they did nothing to actually help.

I got banned on call of duty while my mic was muted for inappropriate chat I wasn't even talking and I got banned Activision is the worst company in the world It sucks that they have a monopoly on these shooting games because there's no competition which is why they do trash things like this this company is horrible I hate Activision I hate this game

Activision are robbing gamers that buy discs!!!

I own the Modern Warfare 3 game on disc. I insert the disc and load up to play the game but the menu says I need to purchase the game again from the store. This happens every time I load up the game. I spent £60 on the disc and the updates are blocking me from playing the game entirely. This needs fixing urgently. I have no ability to play the game at all, it is incredibly frustrating, wasting my time and money. I’m losing all trust in Activision it seems apparent they just want money and do not want to help gamers access their games or content.

Activision is equally responsible for letting China's TenCent braking Call Of Duty mobile for pc players. Get it back or take your name off of it !

Absolutely 💯 shit! Ranked lobby filled with players who cant play, or with bots not to mention streamers!! Why dont they get a streamer lobby for ranked games... and why are players lower then 400 rating playing in rank games, some of these players have rank scores of 65 to 180..it ruins the playing experience jeez so shit .... Activision bunch of inbred mofos

Can’t get on black ops 7 ranked play due to bios firmware update have already done it 5 times still getting the message im a pro cod player and can’t even play ranked! Haven’t played in two weeks as trying to sort it out tried all your shity little ideas and things to do on your website and none of it works! Useless worst customer service on the planet also thy don’t even deserve a 1 star!

Games have fell right off chat bans over nothing

Worthless in any ways, black ops 7 is a flop, disaster with cheaters in ranked and SR is ridiculous, got 3 bad games as SMG player and droped so hard I get 20-28 sr, after 10 win streaks with most objetive score and kd I get 37 while my brother and friends get over 100+ in same rank while playing now and then

Dans call of duty, des CP volé et aucun service client, ne jamais donner d'argent à des jeux de cette compagnie abusive.

Je comprends que cette petite PME est des difficultés à gérer les différents problèmes.
Je suis si heureux d'avoir acheté leur nouveau jeu call of duty bo7 pour 80€ seulement.
Il est vrai que je voulais seulement jouer au multijoueur et pas du tout la ranked.
Alors je suis super heureux qu'après 3 mois et la sortie de la ranked, je ne puisse pas y jouer gràce à leur super travail sur l'anti cheat.
Sur BO6 il était inexistant, sur BO7, il empêche les joueurs lambda de jouer en RANKED.
Ayant mis à jour le bios, pilotes graphiques, réinitialisés les clés du secure boot, mis à jour windows 11, bien activé le TPM 2.0, j'aimerai pouvoir jouer au jeu svp, ou être remboursé.

Awful games the last few Call of dutys and Warzone is infested with hackers cheaters same content for years on end same maps same game modes but on a daily basis they spam the game with new useless skins, blueprints and content that don’t even reflect what the game is about , it’s boring it’s repetitive with no excitement like older call of duty’s ,the cheating and hacking is beyond a joke but activision keep entertaining them, guess they the only ones keeping this game alive , it’s sad that in 2026 we haven’t got no on that can actual build a propa shooter game , GTA will deffo kill Call of duty for good when released .BTW the new update it’s pathetic pointless and waste of space you add little snow a new building and it’s done.
