Absoluter sauladen, ich hab jetzt nach dem 10. Support ticket aufgegeben.
Meine verlinkung in activision fehlt aus irgendeinen grund. Für den Support sollte es einfach sein dies zu beheben. Antwort bitte logen sie sich mit dem psn Account ein. WIE DENN WENN DER LINK DAHIN Fehlt ? Werd meine 80€ rückerstatten lassen. Call of duty ist für mich hiermit Geschichte!

I'm a casual player I don't like getting in these lobbies where I have to grind so hard just to enjoy the game I miss my rebirth island if it's not broke don't fix. I loved getting off work and just playing a couple game with my buddies and have fun I personally do not like what y'all did and I can't be the only one out there that fills this way I think on your casual mode you should be able to pick in between rebirth and havens hollow like I said I'm a casual player

crAptivision is the biggest billion dollar shitshow ever.
This company only cares about money, they are unable to create decent games.
And now with BO7? They tried to copy Battlefield 6 with the movement and weapons etc, but with the crAptivision fuckups.
Anti-cheat? Lol, you can cheat whatever you want as long as you bought one of their shitty looking skins.

I would not even give it one star I have played every Call of Duty® but seven stinks not to mention if I try to play battle zone in six even sticking the discs in it says there’s an error. They are forcing people to play and buy the new call of duty, which is very bad.

Your platform is absolutely pathetic. You allow people who have a life to finally have a model of their own. YET YOU DONT ALLOW THEM TO RANK SEPARATELY THEN THE NORMAL ROYALS. then you proceed to take away ranked play, and all the jack offs come from ranked to casual and absolutely ruin the experience for everyone.. Shocking service and rip off. Bought COD MW3 last year on disk and no issues. Haven’t played for a while and have gone to play and after a 4 hour update the game says I need to pay for it again. I have done Al the online suggestions to which none work. You try getting hold of Activision for help. Useless! Now submitted online request to which they hope to come back to me in in 48 hours. Was going to buy COD MW7 for Christmas but won’t now. Not risking it not working on Christmas Day and everyone being disappointed we have to wait days to resolve.

Contacted support and they waited a whole wheek to respond. And the respond I got was something like this:
“Hey we waited a week on purpose. Has the problem been solved on it’s own?”

This most recent BO7 should have never been released not only did this company lie about SBMM but the game is literally unplayable with the lag and frame drop. How does this make any sense to release a broken game .i will not be playing this garbage thats for sure.

Pago per avere in cambio quasi nulla di certo e dopo 5 anni, un bel giorno, mentre sto giocando a call of duty mobile, il gioco va in crash. Riavvio il telefono, rientro e mi dice "your game data is abnormal" e non c'è verso di far funzionare il gioco, l'ho anche installato su un altro telefono e mi da lo stesso problema! Non c'è modo di contattare nessuno!!! Dopo tutti i soldi che ho speso!!!! Non è legale in alcun modo, dovete fornire assistenza. PUNTO!!!! Truffatori!

Ich habe nur Zombie bis jetzt gespielt und einen Shadow Ban kassiert. Check es nicht, war nicht mal in Gruppe sondern nur "Überleben" Solo.

So sauer war ich noch nie ... jetzt mal abwarten welche Cheats ich im "Zombiemodus" Solo am laufen gehabt habe. Sowas von lächerlich, ich spüre nur mehr Hass gegen diese Firma.

Ein richtiger HuSo-Verein ..kriegen nix mehr gebacken ausser ständig neue Bugs im Spiel ...jedesmal zuerst 3 mal aufstarten bis man überhaupt spielen kann, dann schmiert das Spiel ständig ab ..teilweise sogar direkt der Pc was sich neustartet ...wtf??! Einfach en Drecks Anfänger Verein mit lauter Praktikanten ...aber kein Wunder wenn man die Activison Entwickler von heute sieht, kann ja nix gescheites dabei rauskommen! Hauptsache Shop funktioniert immer einwandfrei, Geld muss ja fliessen ...hoffe ihr geht pleite!

Ich habe Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 als Vollpreistitel erworben und musste eine Erfahrung machen, die weniger mit dem Spiel selbst zu tun hat, sondern vielmehr mit der Unternehmenspolitik dahinter. Activision präsentiert sich als einer der größten Publisher der Branche – doch die Art, wie hier mit zahlenden Kunden umgegangen wird, lässt daran zweifeln, ob Kundenzufriedenheit überhaupt noch ein relevanter Faktor ist.

Ohne Vorwarnung erhielt mein Account eine „eingeschränkte Spielersuche/Ranglistenspieleinschränkung“. Keine Erklärung, kein Zeitraum, keinerlei Transparenz. Der offizielle Hinweis besteht aus einem einzigen Satz über „verdächtige Aktivitäten“, ohne irgendeine Möglichkeit, nachzuvollziehen, was angeblich geschehen sein soll. Für ein Unternehmen mit dieser Größe und Erfahrung ist ein derart intransparentes System kaum nachvollziehbar.

Der eigentliche Schock kam allerdings danach:
Diese Einschränkung blockiert nicht nur Multiplayer, sondern auch grundlegende PvE-Inhalte. Fortschritt wird zwar im Spiel angezeigt, aber nicht gespeichert. Waffenlevel, Operator-Fortschritt, Freischaltungen – alles wird eingefroren. Ein Vollpreistitel, der plötzlich keine Progression mehr erlaubt, obwohl man nichts falsch gemacht hat: Das darf in dieser Form schlicht nicht passieren.

Der Kundenservice verschärft das Problem zusätzlich. Anstatt Unterstützung zu bieten, erhält man ausschließlich automatisierte Textbausteine. Keine individuelle Prüfung, keine klare Information, keine Einsicht, keine Handlungsmöglichkeiten. Der Support wirkt nicht wie eine Hilfestelle, sondern wie ein Pflichtmerkmal, das formal existiert, aber praktisch nichts leisten kann. Für ein Unternehmen dieser Größe ist es ernüchternd, dass selbst offensichtliche Fehlmarkierungen nicht geprüft werden können oder dürfen.

Als Kunde hat man das Gefühl, in einem geschlossenen System gefangen zu sein: Ein Anti-Cheat, das ohne Erklärung Sanktionen verhängt, ein Support ohne Befugnis und keinerlei Klarheit darüber, ob oder wann der Zustand aufgehoben wird. Die Verantwortung wird zwischen Abteilungen hin- und hergeschoben, während der zahlende Spieler völlig im Ungewissen bleibt.

Fazit:
Technisch stark, aber strukturell erschreckend intransparent.
Ein Unternehmen, das sich auf automatisierte Systeme verlässt, aber kaum Mechanismen besitzt, um Fehlentscheidungen zu korrigieren.
Wer Wert auf Kundenservice, Transparenz oder faire Behandlung legt, sollte sich bewusst sein, dass Activision diese Punkte derzeit nicht erfüllt.

My son just bought a game online and went to play it via Playstation and Activision. As soon as he loaded the game a notice popped up advising him of a permanent ban apparently for cheating. They cannot have any proof of anything as my son is autistic and wouldnt know where to start cheating. Activision tell you that "this cannot be undone" and they leave you no way to dispute it or see the so called evidence they have. Personally i would avoid Activision games like the plague. He didnt even know he had been banned until he loaded the game then it said no refunds because the game has been loaded. Thats pathetic and tantamount to theft as they have taken money KNOWING he couldnt play it. Be careful.

Would give 0 stars if it was an option! Reached out to Cust serv: after not receiving the 20-tier skip reward per promotional email that was sent saying to log in or download warzone between 9/2 and 9/16 to receive reward. As of 11/21 I have still not received reward, and customer service has given every excuse, first it was I didn't play enough, then it was you don't qualify, then it was, you got them on 9/2. Really!?? then where the fk are they! I only received the 20 from paying for season 5 battle pass and 20 for season 6 battle pass. The fact that they don't even have a phone number to call them just goes to show how little Activision cares about its customers.

If I could give no stars I would because they dont do nothing bout cheaters modders hackers trashing customer service and trash games I will never buy a activision game no more no point when they do t do nothing about the cheaters no matter how much you report them I can see why people went to battlefield from call of duty because activision is trash and dont care about thier fan base activision is trash has been for years and only getting trashier it's been happening since 2021
