COD Mobile paid credit theft

User of the COD mobile franchise, paid for credits (CP points) acquired over time were used for an in game monthly pass, same I buy nearly every month . This past month there was an issue the pass wasn't issued and in game currency was deducted. Support using mostly generic templates for 6 weeks stated they cannot ever see or show where spent points went. They refuse to issue a correction, fix the pass, issue an in game credit or show any proof whatsoever where the disappeared funds went to. 2 days ago they claim it was user error and state it was verified but not once in the entire chat history has any one announced or proven this claim. In short paid $$$ will be stolen in the system. DON'T SPEND MONEY WITH THEM!

Mise à jour du jeux. Plus possible de jouer à MW3. Pas de hotline. Simplement communiquer par mail avec des gens qui vous envoies des instructions bidons et comme ça ne marche pas, ponctuent en vous disant qu'il recherche des solutions et reviendront vers moi quand ils auront trouvé...😂 La bonne blague... Alors qu'il suffisait qu'ils me fournissent une version dématérialisée (dans leurs cordes)... Bref un sav qui ne sert à rien.

COD Mobile war mal gut vor langer Zeit

COD Mobile Es hat mal Spaß gemacht das Spiel zu Spielen. Da aber alle Server jetzt gegeneinander Spielen hat man schon Probleme mit zu halten. Mobiles Gerät war gestern heute Spielt man mit einem PC und einen Emulator von Blue Sticks den kannst du bei Discord bekommen. Es wird auch nicht gegen Cheater gemacht. Außer man übertreibt es dann bekommt man auch mal 10 Jahre. Wenn man aber Geld rein steckt ist es kein Problem einen Geschwindigkeit Hack zu benutzen. Die Waffen sind Pay to Win. Der Support speist einen mit ein Paar XP Karten ab und hat das Problem nicht behoben. Unausgeglichene Lobbys mit unterschiedlichen Ping. Zu letzt verschweigt Activision Sever Probleme. Schade aber wer gerne Spiele Spielt ist hier aber nicht mehr Richtig. 30 mal Legende und jetzt reicht es mir auch. By by

Mw3 doesn’t work anymore since update…

Mw3 doesn’t work anymore since update July 2025. Customer service is horrible and keep referring to the same ‘solution’ which doesn’t work for me.
They give useless advice, they don’t even bother to read what’s going on.Even after 10+ emails back and forth they come with the advice where they wrote I have to download the ps5 version of the game although in other 5 emails I already said I have a ps4.

Du jour au lendemain, impossible de jouer avec mes jeux call of duty malgré que je les possède sur disques, il me renvoie sur le PSN pour les acheter. Puis lors du mauvaise manipulation, j'achète par inadvertance CODMW3.
Impossible de les contacter pour faire une réclamation, aucun SAV.
À boycotté !!!

Unjust Account Restriction & Poor Support

I’ve been a long-time Call of Duty player, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. After a completely normal Zombies match in Black Ops 6 on PC (Xbox Game Pass), my account was suddenly restricted and all my progress disappeared.

There was no cheating, no rule-breaking — just legitimate gameplay with my friends. Despite submitting multiple support tickets, all I received were generic automated responses. No proper investigation, no explanation, and no real support.

This restriction caused financial harm too, as I had already spent money on the Battle Pass and COD Points, which became useless due to the restriction.

It’s unacceptable that a major company treats legitimate players this way. Players deserve:
• Transparent explanations when action is taken against accounts.
• Human review instead of automated replies.
• Fair timelines and compensation if mistakes happen.

Until Activision takes accountability and fixes its support process, I cannot recommend their games or services.

The support is utter garbage.

The support is utter garbage.

I have an account that I accidentally put a typo while filling out my information (E-MAIL) and when I tried to correct the mistake, It asked me to verify an e-mail that didn't exist. I submit a ticket to activision support and their trashy AI assistant replies with "Since you don't have access to *******@gmal.com, we are unable to change your information". I file another ticket and I get the same AI Garbage. I call activision support and the pre-recorded message told me to submit a ticket to the same AI assistant garbage that I tried before. I sent them an email and they didn't respond to me, so my last hope in getting in contact with an actual human being was to lie about my issue and say my account was hacked. After 4 days of fighting with support, They finally changed my email to the correct domain (gmail.com) and I got my account back. This whole thing took a month of my time that I could've used for more important stuff if activision actually cared about their userbase, hired actual human support agents, and wasn't a greedy corporation. The only reason why I am not giving this a 1 star review is because I actually got my account back. This waste of time could've been easily avoided if they didn't use this AI Garbage.

I’ve emailed activision countless times…

I’ve emailed activision countless times about the same dev error reports being booted from ranked play on black ops 6 ive lost over 260 sr points and few hours of suspension due to this sent them videos and photos nothing was told clear my cache so basically its my fault cery disappointed

Account Ban Without Proper Appeal Support



1. Player Details

2. Issue

My account received a 10-year ban.

The reason was marked as “violation of game behavior rules.”

I believe this was triggered because I logged in once using Bluestacks emulator, without knowing it was against the rules.

3. Clarification

I have never used cheats, hacks, or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.

My intention was never to break the rules.

I am fully willing to follow guidelines and only use approved platforms (such as Game loop) in the future.

4. Problem With Support

There is currently no proper appeal system for banned accounts.

Players are left with no way to present their case or request a review.

This results in years of progress, effort, and investment being lost unfairly.

5. Request to Activision

Please create a clear and accessible appeal process.

Provide transparency around ban decisions.

Allow genuine players to correct unintentional mistakes made in good faith.

6. Final Note

Call of Duty Mobile is a great game that I truly enjoy.

However, the current ban and support system feels unfair and discouraging for loyal players like me.

Esperienza pessima su Cod MW3

Esperienza pessima su Cod MW3! Ho la versione con disco e praticamente è diventata inutilizzabile. Sto impazzendo da giorni su eventuali modi per poter tornare a giocare ma senza successo. Ho provato di tutto e ho speso un sacco di ore tra installazioni varie e addirittura reset di PS5. Sto provando l’ultimo tentativo trovato su Reddit messo a disposizione da gentili giocatori. Se non dovesse funzionare ancora, tanti saluti…si passa a Battelfield 6😉 State attenti a quello che comprate da questa azienda, ultimamente deludente!

Terrible customer support – account stuck, zero respect for players



I’ve been playing their games for months and invested a lot of time and money: over 200 hours of gameplay in just two months, and nearly $200 spent. I was really dedicated and enjoyed the game… but their customer support has been nothing but disappointing and disrespectful.

My issue is simple: I accidentally linked my account to the wrong email (adisa@gmail .com), which doesn’t even exist. Because of this, I can’t log in on PC. Activision clearly knows this email doesn’t exist. I’ve explained the situation in detail and sent them around twelve support messages.and all the proof of my account that I can purchase historic, password ,psn id that I was playing on and I could tell more if they wanted

Their response? Always the same copy-paste: “We cannot verify that you are the owner of this account.” Even after I requested escalation to the Higher Support Team, I still got the exact same response. And when I insisted that they stop sending me automated replies and actually solve the problem, they just closed my ticket without any answer. Twice in a row.

This is a huge lack of respect towards players. They want us to spend money and dedicate hundreds of hours to their game, but when it comes to actually doing their job and helping loyal players, they refuse to do anything.

In short:
Clear, easy-to-fix issue (nonexistent email address).
12 support messages sent → always the same copy-paste. Tickets closed with no response.
Zero consideration for players.

Honestly, this deserves zero stars. Activision only wants players’ money but doesn’t respect or support its community at all. And I would clearly put 0 star if we can

J’aimerais ne même pas mettre une…

J’aimerais ne même pas mettre une étoile. On se fait bannir pour un rien, shadow-ban pour un rien, sans preuve ni explication, alors que j’ai toujours été légitime. Excusez-moi d’être au-dessus du niveau moyen des joueurs, ce qui me vaut une avalanche de signalements simplement parce que certains n’acceptent pas qu’il y ait meilleur qu’eux.

Le service après-vente est à vomir : à part copier-coller des messages, ils ne servent à rien. Bande d’incapables. Je vous souhaite sincèrement de vous faire détrôner — et rien qu’avec la bêta de BF6, c’est déjà bien parti. Je vous souhaite également la faillite, car votre licence part complètement en vrille, mon expérience avec votre licence bidon s'arrête ici vous n'êtes plus ce que vous étiez j'étais un joueur fidèle depuis call of duty 4.

Imparate a creare i giochi.

Activision, azienda che fa i giochi anche molto belli devo dire, ma purtroppo non sanno organizzarsi, ti danno il gioco ma che poi per giocare alla campagna o a altre modalità devi installare pacchetti, che più o meno ti va via un 100gb di memoria.. Stessa cosa vale sul disco rigido. Questa cosa mi è capitato su Modern Warfae II, preso il gioco, preso il pacchetto campagna ma diceva che non potevo giocare, allora mi informo meglio e scopro che per giocare devo acquistare un bundle... col caizer, perché o spendo 80€ o lo predo con gamepass ultimate di xbox.. Mi dispiace, ma siete molto disorganizzati su questo punto. Una persona che prende il gioco, per lo meno al suo interno deve essere già installata la campagna, e non si chiede molto. Siete vergognosi, e non lo dico io, lo dicono tantissimi streamer e tantissimi utenti.
