Great Casino with fair returns and good gameplay.
I have been a member of Admiral casino for 6 months and I really like this site it has a great variety of games, there is something for everyone, Live casino, bingo, slots etc it's all there on a very easy to navigate site.
There are plenty of daily promotions that give the player a fair chance of winning, without any crazy depositing requirements.
The gameplay on slots is very good and payouts are fair with a good payout to deposit ratio.
Depositing is very easy and secure.
Withdrawing winnings is a no fuss easy process and payment is back into my account within 24hrs, obviously there are times I lose but I feel I get good gameplay for my deposits .
They have lots of responsible gaming tools that you can use so you only spend within your limit..
I have only had to contact customer service on one occasion and it was a very easy process the member of staff was very pleasant and helpful and resolved my issue straight away.
Overall this is the best site I have found that plays fair and gives good value for money in gameplay and returns.

I agree with a lot of other players on here with regards to Admiral casino it is in a nutshell absolutely abysmal .. I really do think their slots are let’s say not as they should be !!! I gamble on a few different sites & do win on average quite a bit but this Admiral one is an absolute joke !!! so much so that I have now deleted the app as I have given them the benefit of the doubt for a good while now & won absolutely nothing !!! 0 Star - Absolutely unacceptable conduct. Customer support has twice flat-out rejected my request for statutorily protected information (a formal DSAR) and refused to provide me with a ticket number for my complaint. This is a clear breach of their internal terms, their licensing obligations, and UK data protection laws. I am currently escalating this to their Data Protection Officer and will be taking this to the ICO and UKGC if not resolved immediately. See how long it takes for a reply by them to better understand this clownish conduct, as you'll inevitably face the same if not worst should u ever have a query. They will kick a tech support request downan 8 week track and themselves log it as a complaint, then deny you any way of tracking it. Shady as hell. And furthermore they lie claiming you can deposit £5 only to take 5 days investigation that says no. Absolute clowns.
Update- called your staff per ur reply and was told he couldn't attach the game log and would ask a manager to send it... that was 3 days ago 😂 why bother

I signed up because the introductory offer was good, deposit (and play) £10 and you get 100 free spins. I deposited my £10 and played it. I didn't get any free spins. I asked why and they said it was because I deposited through PayPal. Nowhere did it flag this up at the time. 8 complained and they simply said it was in the T&C which I agreed to when I signed up. This may well be the case BUT they know nobody reads through T&C's and often the important info is buried somewhere in there. This is so misleading. I will not be using this site again. If it does this on the first interaction, god knows what else it will be doing further down the line!
