Adventure connections were very easy to deal with. They provided accessible, friendly, personal contact over the phone and email - they were very easy to get hold of and we were able to check every detail of the trip with them.
The service provided by Adventure Connections was comprehensive, and the website is easy to use to build a personalised trip itinerary, with planty of options for accommodation, destinations and activities.
I would recommend using them again if I was planning a trip away for a group of people.

Awful customer service and event wasn't as advertised. We booked the event on the fact that it was based in Oxford as a lot of people in our party needed to use public transport. After we paid the deposit, the confirmation email showed the venue as Abingdon, which is obviously not Oxford and doesn't have many public transport links. The man we were in contact with didn't explain why the venue was changed and was really unresponsive. It's one of those places that when they've taken your money, they couldn't care less about your queries. It took over a month of chasing to finally get a solid answer. The website promotes 'hassle and stress free' planning which it really wasn't. Don't waste your time with these guys, you'll be much better off booking things yourself and cutting out the middleman.
