I would have given a 5 except 2 things


I would have given a 5 except 2 things and they’re probably bugs within the Aerosoft app: 1. My default if I set currency should be my country currency. It’s misleading when I see the price of some items look affordable, and come to realize it costs more because of the currency it auto defaults to.
2. My new purchases don’t show unless I restart my PC, then they show up. I had to tinker with stuff to find that out. Not sure if it’s the app or Windows 11.

1. If you visit the website from a US IP address it should default to the US shop with USD prices. If it doesn't that's an error and we will look into it.
2. For new purchases to show up, it's usually sufficient to restart the Aerosoft One app or log out and back in again. A system reboot isn't necessary.

Il est important d'informer les clients qu'un tisque de frais de livraison ou de douane supplémentaires peuvent s'appliquer

J'ai eu de gros frais de livraison supplémentaires qui n'etaient pas mentionnés lors de la commande.
La facture indiquait que la totalité était réglée.
J'ai été trompée et je me sens furieuse.
Ce n'est pas correct !

Shipping to non-EU countries incurs extra costs due to tariffs / import fees. This is disclosed on our website. From our payment & dispatch section:
"Please note that you will be charged additional import costs for a foreign shipment to a non-EU country, which you have to pay as the recipient."

Awesome company - awesome products

Awesome company with awesome products! I have been using their products for over 15 years since FS2004 times, then FSX and now FS2020. I mostly use their Airbus products and their German and European airports, and I could say they produce the most realistic products in this sense. Great Job Aerosoft guys!

Software nachbesserung

FÃŒr meine Erstbestellung von MSFS 2020 vor einigen Jahren musste eine Zweitlieferung der Software erfolgen. Dieses war nun wieder der Fall, da die Installation mit der Erstlieferung wieder nicht funktionierte. Ich hoffe nun mit der zu erwartenden Lieferung klapt das nun.
