the engraved plates were failing off when they were taken out of the box, I had to glue them all on, not impressed !

As always, the delivery came on time and the quality is excellent. I've ordered from Aford Awards many times now and have never had anything less than great service from them. I rarely need to contact them about anything but when I do they are responsive and helpful.

When I ordered medals without ribbons because I couldn't find a colour most suitable, Sophie emailed to make sure that I hadn't ordered them without by mistake. When I said it was because of the colour, she went out of her way to find something similar to what I wanted, added them seamlessly to my order and I paid for them via transfer without having to add on additional postage. The medals themselves were fab, arrived swiftly and the boys were super happy with them. Thank you.
