Great customer service and very pleased with the product

Excellent communication, great quality products and a huge range to choose from.

The plate wasn’t straight and fell off as soon as I tried to straighten it. Poor. Trophy nice, but needs to be glued better.

Kept informed - good product and not expensive

Really quick delivery, easy to order online. However, 2 of the 6 trophies I ordered were delivered with spelling mistakes on the engraving. This was quickly rectified though, their customer service is efficient and polite 😊

I have been ordering our football teams trophies from here for the last 5 years and the trophies are spectacular, the prices are affordable and the customer service I have received from Sophie every year for 5 years is outstanding, Sophie is amazing and goes above and beyond all expectations she is so helpful and I cannot praise her enough in the help she has provided me with each year , thank you Sophie and Aford Awards you are amazing .
