Good choice of trophy, affordable and delivered on time.

Tried to email me 3 days after order (due to weekend) to say the weren't going to send my package because paypal was showing as pending so had to pay again and then wait for refund of first payment (If you don't like paypal, don't have it as a payment method on your website!!) Then charged £12.99 for a £4 royal mail not signed delivery service - apparently the cost is to expedite engraving but when buying that is definitely not clear. After a huge amount of tooing and froing medal arrived with marks all over it, some kind of smudged adhesive black mark on the front that I couldn't get off and various scratches and a burn mark on the rear! They did send out a replacement but overall the whole experience wasn't great!
