What a brilliant service again we received from Aga support and Lak /Mark
After our installation of our new Aga a small couple of scratches were found on the top.
I emailed Aga and they were so apologetic. They got it all sorted quickly and a new one was ordered.Alex in customer service was brilliant in keeping me informed of delivery date and times.

It all turned out as it should after a few telephone calls, emails and photos. Nice people to deal with on the phone and acceptable level of warranty service.

Lack & Mark were excellent, respectful, efficient and respected our property. They kept us informed about the progress of the installation and communicated well. They were clean and tidy. Although the cooker construction was delayed, Aga kept us informed with respect to progress and the reasons as to why the delay happened. Overall, a good experience. We would recommend them.

If I was rating the service from Lak and Simon, who came to replace and install our Rangemaster dishwasher I’d be giving 5 stars. They were really helpful and also helped explain some functionality on our Rangemaster oven that we didn’t even know we had! Also, customer service have been very helpful too but as we’ve had a number of issues with the dishwasher since purchase had to go with 3 stars overall.

Our delivery and installation experience went very smoothly. Skip and Zen were friendly, organised and professional. It was reassuring to see how experienced they were as a team, manoeuvring the AGA carefully through our house and fitting it into its new home. Skip got the electrics all sorted, and Zen gave us a good beginner tour of how our AGA works. Top marks to both of them! Thank you very much Skip and Zen!

The two guys, Lak and Mark, who fitted the electric cooker where excellent. They were professional, friendly and efficient. Lak even discovered a small leak that had never been noticeable when he was capping off the gas.
Lak thoroughly explained the new appliance before leaving and told us that if we needed anything explaining again we could contact him.

Lak and Simon were fantastic.
They turned up at 7am Saturday morning as promised .
We are in the middle of decorating and there was clutter in every room .

Lak was in contact well before the AGA removal date to gather information regarding the site and answer any questions we had, which was really useful. Lak and Mark arrived as expected and were both very courteous. The AGA was removed quickly and with great efficiency and they were very mindful of the current building works. Lak has also been very communicative and informative with our electrician regarding the future installation of our new AGA, which I am now confident will go smoothly.

My new Aga was delivered and fitted this morning by Zen and Skip. They were very efficient and friendly. They ensured that everything was working properly and gave me a brief run down on operating it. Zen picked up that there was a tiny scratch on one of the doors and had arranged a replacement before I’d even had chance to look at it properly. Great service.

From the moment we ordered our AGA Masterchef from Diss Ironworks in Norfolk to it being fitted today in West Yorkshire everything has been fantastic!
The delivery guys Rich and Neil were a pleasure to have in our house and they explained everything to us.
An amazing experience from start to finish!
