I took them a beaten up ps5 with broken ports and connectors screws missing etc, it was a right mess!
They happily took the job on and completely refurbished it and and made it good as new, professional work and very helpful and polite, highly recommended.

My phone was taken over my some "Malware" which was bombarding me with unwanted adverts. I was terrified and scared to press any more buttons.
The Geek cleared my phone within 1 hour, and showed me how to avoid a repeat issue.
Panic over.

I took my computer in yesterday as it had stopped working, and the team provided a free diagnostic check. Unfortunately, my computer has died, but Nathan gave me advice about the spec I needed to buy next time, without any hard sell, which I was very grateful for. An excellent local service that doesn't take advantage of your lack of knowledge!

It was great to visit and speak to some very knowledgeable people who sorted a damaged i Pad out so quickly and a lot cheaper than having to purchase a new one and I will go back with any other tech issues we have from now on

Had been looking for a trustworthy company for some time to transfer my wedding video from Mini DV to digital format. Looking at the reviews for aGeek convinced me. Mark explained the process clearly and the transfer was completed quickly considering all the other work they had on hand. Really pleased with the result and will recommend to anyone.

Computer ceased to boot windows. Took it in to aGeek who identified the problem. My computer was too old for Windows 11 and after discussions the best way forward was to upgrade to a similar spec desktop. They were able to save all of the data I had on my previous computer and from the decision I had my new computer in 3 days. This was a week and a half before Xmas. The staff were great able to answer all my queries and were very friendly. Would highly recommend.

I was blown away by the fantastic service I received. I took in some sentimental christmas decorations to be repaired. ageek took very good care of them and returned them fully working. Always a pleasure dealing with Bryn. Sorted upgrade of desktop to allow Windows 11 to work on an older machine they built for me a few years ago

I spilt coffee on the keyboard of my laptop which i'd had for nine years, and I bought it reconditioned so it would have been older than that.
This resulted in it not working at all. I took it into the aGeek shop in Chesterfield, explained what had happened and left it with Nathan and Bryn for them to take apart and diagnose the problem, and decide if it was worth fixing. They kept me informed and explained that it was unable to produce any display due to a burnt line on the display cable. They advised me of my options and basically because the laptop was old with no guarantee that a chemical cleaning treatment would bring it back to life, I decided to replace it. I shopped around, then ran this info by Nathan who advised me on the real suitability of each laptop I was interested in, and pointed out issues with each one that I hadn't considered. This info was given free of charge and really helped me to buy the most suitable laptop for my needs and budget. He then set up my new laptop and transferred all the data that could be saved from my old laptop onto my new one.
He didn't charge me any extra, only the initial £49.99 payment to take the laptop apart and diagnose the probem(s).
I now have a reconditioned laptop that i'm happy with and would definitely use aGeek's services again for any computer or mobile phone problems.
I'm very happy with the service I received.

These guys s Bryn and Nathan are absolutely amazing. I went to Geek this morning in a crisis moment. They both came together and immediately sorted my problem. What would have taken me days to sort was resolved in minutes. Life savers.

I went back to the shop near closing time, their motivation was just to make sure my computer was working before I left, even though it was after closing time.

Sometimes at the end of the day, workers can be grunty and standoffish. They were smiling, joking and laughing all the way. I am totally impressed and appreciate the technical support provided. It was worth every penny.

Would definitely use Geek again and refer them to anyone who needs technical support.

Excellent service, had a poorly laptop needing a new battery, fortunately they had one in stock and we were on our way in under an hour

I needed a new screen for my Mac book after I trapped the charging cable when I closed it up (not a good idea). I was given a price for an apple part ( mortgage needed) and a price or a non branded part (not such a big mortgage). The repair was carried out within the week. I’m well pleased with the repair.
