came into store today to buy a full new custom pc, i spent 2 hours speaking to bryn he went through everything i could ever need to know with me. his knowledge is endless. as a noob to pc builds. he enlightened me on every subject, and no amount of questions was too much hassle.
i ended up spending £2900* on my new pc. bryn made sure i was getting everything i wanted the way i wanted it! i really cannot thank you enough you are great!
Exlen technologies was horrible to me in the past, spoke down to me and were very condescending, i went with geek and dont regret it
Love all you guys keep it up!!!!!!

Took ps5 in for Diagnostics
Took ps5 in for Diagnostics, quoted £49.99 picked it up today (Saturday) to find out they had done work on the ps5 without my Authorisation. And was told it will be another £110 for the work. Becareful when taking your equipment here and what price they tell you.

BUT only if what you have written was true…but it is not.
First we are pleased to note that we repaired and warranted the item.
Second, as you have chosen to defame us and misrepresent things in a public forum we have the right to show our evidence that disproves your statement.
On the 5/11/24 circa 16:00 hours you are video and audio recorded forming a contract with us to diagnose and/or repair your PS5. You were clearly told a minimum cost of £49.99 to a maximum of £159.99, at worst cost.
At 16:03 hours you formed the contract, gave us the go-ahead and accepted our Terms & Conditions (Ts&Cs), by signing our contract.
This was emailed to you, instantaneously, with a covering email that said (amongst other things): “We will have given you our best advice prior to commencement of the contract as to the likelihoods of consequential problems [Which we are recorded as saying to you in the CCTV Audio, prior to contract formation] If we do discover something wrong it may result in an extra charge” and further adds in point 2.d that “In some cases we have to make the repair as part of the diagnosis process. This is chargeable and irreversible.”
You called us on 8/11/24 in a 2:27 minute phone call where you were told that we made the additional repair. This seemed acceptable to you.
You came to collect the item on 9/11/24 and left about 14:00 hours having said you didn’t agree to the repair. We said we will remove the repair [for which you were liable and which we did not have to do contractually] and call you on Monday to collect, which you agreed to. You then shouted abuse to our Staff and left.
About an hour later you came to collect and pay, so had changed your mind. As you left you engaged with other customers in a derogatory manner about us.
Then you left this untrue review.
Our Ts&Cs can be found in store and online (see Terms and Conditions on Ageek.co.uk) and in URL links sent to you at various times including the formation of the contract.
In particular we draw your attention to section 4.5.
Shame you chose to defame rather than engage with us but we performed the agreed contract perfectly.

Very friendly, approachable staff. It took a bit of time to sort out my problem with my phone but they persevered and managed to get it going. I will certainly use them again if my phone needs a repair.
