Es ist einfach nur unfassbar schlechter Service und Kundendienst.
Ich habe 1 BH und Höschen bestellt. Als die Lieferung ankam, hat es leider nicht gepasst und ich entschied mich umzutauschen. Schön und gut, fÌr den Umtausch durfte ich 15⬠zahlen und 2 Monate warten, bis ich mich wÌtend a den Kundendienst gewandt habe. Die Antwort kam Wochen spÀter, dass sie sich schnellstmöglich um das Ganze kÌmmern werden. Ja, heute kam nach Wochen Wartezeit mein Umtausch an, und⊠es fehlt einfach das Höschen⊠es ist doch unglaublich, nach so viel ZEIT⊠Kundendienst reagiert nicht. Nie wieder Agent Provocateur

Ich habe noch nie so einen inkompetenten und hilflosen Kundendienst erlebt. Ich musste meine Bestellung zurÌcksenden weil die Ware nicht gepasst hat. Ein Umtausch ist nicht möglich. Man muss eine Neubestellung durchfÌhren. Wieder Versandkosten. Ich habe die Ware Ìber das Retourenportal angemeldet und ⬠15,- fÌr den RÌckversand bezahlt
Nach 3 Wochen habe ich reklamiert und mein Geld zurÌck gefordert. Daraufhin wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Ware noch nicht im Lager eingetroffen ist. Eine LÌge! Ich habe das Tracking Protokoll zugeschickt und nachgewiesen dass die Ware schon vor 2 Wochen zugestellt wurde. Keine Antwort auf die Email. 2 Wochen weiter erhalte ich die Information das die RÌcksendung verarbeitet wurde und die RÌckzahlung veranlasst wird. Bei der Kontrolle stellte ich fest dass nur 50% der zurÌckgesendeten Ware gutgeschrieben wurde. Ich reklamierte wieder. Und erhielt die nÀchste inkompetente Antwort. Falsche Daten und die lapidare Antwort. Es wurde kontrolliert und die Ware war nicht im Paket. Eine Schande fÌr eine Firma die ein A-Brand sein möchte. Nie wieder Agent Provokateur

Products that are in unused condition are claimed to be damaged and stained so that the company does not need to refund this! After complaining about this, the item is simply being disposed without my consent. As the returned product was not refunded, it is still my possession. I find it deeply disturbing that the company simply throws away my stuff. This is not even legal.

I placed an order during the sales period, a set of underwear- briefs and a bra. I paid for the set and delivery, the delivery is quite expensive, but in general, I was ready to pay it for a set of underwear. A few days later, I received an email that the order had been sent, and there were only one briefs in the order. The following letter came with the return of the bra, I wrote to support, since I was not ready to buy one briefs with delivery at the same price

I hope in the future the company will set up a system to track the actual quantity of goods in stock or at least inform customers before shipping that some items are out of stock

Crap sizing and horrible (inexperienced?) customer service
As others have mentioned, returns are impossible. The sizing online is ambiguous and my order made me look ridiculous. I got a gift card that is completely wasted and I feel terrible for the person who gave it to me. The customer service is plain rude and I wasn't allowed to exchange a very expensive order. I will never order from there again and you shouldn't either. Instead, find a store that sells good quality lingerie near you and go into the store. You will support your local store and get what you want.

Despite initially refusing my refund because the return date had passed but after explaining that it was a Christmas present bought early, Agent Provocateur agreed to the refund. I am very satisfied with the outcome having given them a little time to re-examine their decision.
