I have ordered one item from the website and they sent me completely different item.
I have contacted their customer service, who couldn’t believe it. I had to send them a photo, etc. they agreed to exchange it, I went through it all. And they have resent me the same thing again 🤦‍♀️

Normalerweise schreibe ich nie eine Bewertung, aber bei dieser Firma und solchen Preisen darf man doch etwas Luxus erwarten?
Es ist einfach nur unfassbar schlechter Service und Kundendienst.
Ich habe 1 BH und Höschen bestellt. Als die Lieferung ankam, hat es leider nicht gepasst und ich entschied mich umzutauschen. Schön und gut, für den Umtausch durfte ich 15€ zahlen und 2 Monate warten, bis ich mich wütend a den Kundendienst gewandt habe. Die Antwort kam Wochen später, dass sie sich schnellstmöglich um das Ganze kümmern werden. Ja, heute kam nach Wochen Wartezeit mein Umtausch an, und… es fehlt einfach das Höschen… es ist doch unglaublich, nach so viel ZEIT… Kundendienst reagiert nicht. Nie wieder Agent Provocateur

Ich habe noch nie so einen inkompetenten und hilflosen Kundendienst erlebt. Ich musste meine Bestellung zurücksenden weil die Ware nicht gepasst hat. Ein Umtausch ist nicht möglich. Man muss eine Neubestellung durchführen. Wieder Versandkosten. Ich habe die Ware über das Retourenportal angemeldet und € 15,- für den Rückversand bezahlt
Nach 3 Wochen habe ich reklamiert und mein Geld zurück gefordert. Daraufhin wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Ware noch nicht im Lager eingetroffen ist. Eine Lüge! Ich habe das Tracking Protokoll zugeschickt und nachgewiesen dass die Ware schon vor 2 Wochen zugestellt wurde. Keine Antwort auf die Email. 2 Wochen weiter erhalte ich die Information das die Rücksendung verarbeitet wurde und die Rückzahlung veranlasst wird. Bei der Kontrolle stellte ich fest dass nur 50% der zurückgesendeten Ware gutgeschrieben wurde. Ich reklamierte wieder. Und erhielt die nächste inkompetente Antwort. Falsche Daten und die lapidare Antwort. Es wurde kontrolliert und die Ware war nicht im Paket. Eine Schande für eine Firma die ein A-Brand sein möchte. Nie wieder Agent Provokateur

Excellent top quality products, delivered very quickly. A small problem with the packaging was resolved very quickly and satisfactorily by the friendly and helpful customer service team.

Ich rate jedem ab, dort zu bestellen, wenn man nicht sicher ist ob man die Artikel behalten will.
Ich habe meine Ware retourniert, da sie nicht gepasst hat. Im Nachhinein wurde mir der Betrag trotzdem in Rechnung gestellt, da die Ware angeblich kaputt dort ankam. Das kann nicht sein, da ich den BH nie getragen habe! Im Endeffekt kann man nicht mit denen reden, es kommt immer wieder der gleiche Standardtext kam. Kundenservice fehlanzeige…

Not trustworthy!! Hands off this brand!

Products that are in unused condition are claimed to be damaged and stained so that the company does not need to refund this! After complaining about this, the item is simply being disposed without my consent. As the returned product was not refunded, it is still my possession. I find it deeply disturbing that the company simply throws away my stuff. This is not even legal.

Will NEVER buy anything from here again.

I placed an order during the sales period, a set of underwear- briefs and a bra. I paid for the set and delivery, the delivery is quite expensive, but in general, I was ready to pay it for a set of underwear. A few days later, I received an email that the order had been sent, and there were only one briefs in the order. The following letter came with the return of the bra, I wrote to support, since I was not ready to buy one briefs with delivery at the same price
Karolina from support helped me a lot with the return of briefs and money for delivery, was very patient and answered all my questions

I hope in the future the company will set up a system to track the actual quantity of goods in stock or at least inform customers before shipping that some items are out of stock

As others have mentioned, returns are impossible. The sizing online is ambiguous and my order made me look ridiculous. I got a gift card that is completely wasted and I feel terrible for the person who gave it to me. The customer service is plain rude and I wasn't allowed to exchange a very expensive order. I will never order from there again and you shouldn't either. Instead, find a store that sells good quality lingerie near you and go into the store. You will support your local store and get what you want.

Despite initially refusing my refund because the return date had passed but after explaining that it was a Christmas present bought early, Agent Provocateur agreed to the refund. I am very satisfied with the outcome having given them a little time to re-examine their decision.

Total enttäuscht! Rate jedem davon ab, bei diesem Shop zu bestellen.

Ich war großer Fan des "Images" von AP. Als ich dann im Warenwert von über 300 EUR dort bestellt hatte, kamen Produkte an, die leider nicht einwandfrei waren (verschmutzt und falsche Größen). Also retournierte ich einen Teil. Ich war geschockt als ich dann plötzlich aufgefordert wurde die GESAMTE Ware zu bezahlen. Uneinsichtig und ohne jegliches Verständnis..

Ich glaube, dass AP den Bach heruntergeht.. Schade!!!!

Great service after damaged parcel.
Order was smooth, delivered on time but packaging was damaged. Emailed customer services and within 24 hours they resolved it given me a choice of action, great service, hot product!

Sarah has been very helpful in sorting out my issue with one of my parcels which was mishandled by DPD team. Sarah sent me a replacement without any hassles. Thanks.

Neat and proper packaging, always helpful after sales service, satisfying solutions in the (scarce) case of something going wrong.
