Purchased autumn winter fertiliser. Found this to be an extremely poor product as the granules are up to 5mm in size which are way to big go through my dropper.

Compared to A1 Lawn fertiliser (1mm) this is a useless product for my customer base.

Read size on website before purchase as you will find yourself having to apply this product by hand only.

Easy buy, quick delivery, can't ask for more. Will be back.

I purchased a Keeper KP6 21V Cordless Mini Chainsaw (with 1.5Ah Battery & Charger) from Agrigem because it had been reduced by several pounds. The order was placed and everything seemed to be all right. DX Express were the couriers and they had previously delivered products to our address without any problem. The product should have been delivered on the Bank Holiday Saturday but it wasn't and nothing to advise me as to why. The item was delivered on the following Tuesday but it was delivered to the wrong address. DX Express 'crowed' that it had been delivered by their professional staff and yet it was the Customer Service Lady at Agrigem, whose name is Emma, who tracked it down and provided me with a photograph of the delivery address. Yes, I had to go and collect the item. As it was late at night I decided to try it out the following day. I followed the instructions on how to use it including how much oil to use and charging of the battery. Unfortunately, every time I used the chainsaw, it leaked oil and the oil dripped on to the battery housing so I had to stop, clean the oil spills, and then refill the chamber. This went on several times until I simply gave up and put the chainsaw away.
I contacted Emma at Customer Service and explained what had happened and she asked me to provide photos of the problem saw. This I did and she then asked me what I would like to do. As I was going away on business for a week, Emma contacted the supplier and arranged for them to contact me regarding the product. I said that I would wait to hear what they had to say. However, on my return, I contacted Agrigem again and said that the supplier had not contacted me and she asked me what I would like to do. I said that under the circumstances with all the problems of delivery and the fact that the saw was not working properly I should like to return the saw and obtain a refund. Emma was away for a few days but came in to clear some outstanding work and saw that nothing had been done. She took it upon herself to organise the collection of the item - yes it was picked up by DX Express by Mark who knew what to do - and I believe it is on its way back to Agrigem so that they can send it back to the supplier. Agrigem will issue me with a full refund shortly.
I realise that this is a long story but I wanted to point out that there is high quality customer service, good customer service, and customer service in name only. The customer service provided by Emma was First Class and she followed through the different stages with care and consideration. Where there was a problem, she took decisive action and arranged for a photograph of the delivery address so that I could see where the item had been delivered; likewise with the return of the item, she arranged for it immediately and nothing was too much trouble. That is what High Quality Customer Service is all about and Agrigem should be proud to have Emma as a member of their Customer Service Team.

After 3 years of working with agrigem. My company won a substantial contract. Which we asked agrigem to supply.
The batch we bought was bad. It almost cost us the entire contract. It was sent to be tested by the producer who agreed. The producer compensated. Now the final 6x15litre chemical is being withheld until a specific employee is back. I quote you could always pay for it until your account manager is back.
I complained and rang to discuss, the MD was in meetings all day couldn't possibly take my call. The guy I spoke with didn't even escalate to his manager to investigate. I even provided evidence from the chemical manufacturer had actually already authorised last Friday.
Customer service today was appalling

I will make sure I receive my 6x15litres of chemical then I will be moving to a more competent company, who put clients first.

Great service as always. Fast, reliable and incredible value. The advice on the site is good for all experience levels of customers which is important as it helps build both confidence and trust when making a purchase. I’ve recommended Agrichem to family and friends who have equally received a consistently excellent experience. Products purchased range from grass seed, lawn fertiliser, bramble/weed killer, back pack sprayer and safety gear. The previous owner of my property had let brambles run wild (2m high in places covering an area of 30m x 50m) Thanks to Agrichem I can now enjoy this wasteland as a grassy lawned area that can be easily managed.

The weedkiller was left on the doorstep at the front of the house ie not where I asked. There are safety issues here which is a disappointment. Product itself has not been used.

Product is competitively priced but the big plus is time to deliver. Ordered and courier delivered to central Scotland in less than 24 hours. Very impressed
