Outstanding customer service and expert advice
I recently purchased some lawn fertiliser from Agrigem, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Their customer service and technical advice are second to none. I spoke to a very knowledgeable and helpful person named Dave, who guided me through my purchase and answered all my questions with great expertise. It’s rare to find such excellent support these days. I’ll definitely be returning to Agrigem for my future lawn care needs.

Impossible for the last 48 hours to…
Impossible for the last 48 hours to place an order using either a debit or credit card. Agrigem blame Barclays. I spent too much time trying, rang and complained in a polite way explaining the wasted time on numerous occasions in the last two days. No goodwill offer, they provided no solution apart from a Profitma and me maki g a BACS payment

Good afternoon, I do apologise for this, we had some technical issues last week which was so frustrating for all parties and we are very sorry that this one off problem happened. We worked hard to offer some payment solutions but these were very limited and again not at all the choices we can usually offer. Cannot trust this company
Delivery driver caused damage to our property by reversing over a kerb edge to attempt a 3 point turn rather than reverse around the bend in the road. Never even got our of the van to check if he had caused any damage. We now have a broken kerbstone and a couple of loose ones. I emailed Agrigem on the day of this incident but they have not bothered to reply.

The worst couriers DX Express
You really need to change your delivery couriers. From Tuesday 2nd April through to Friday 5th April we had emails and texts to say our parcel was being delivered every day. Had to rearrange every day so we would be in only to be let down by DX express each time. Finally delivered on the Friday, completely wasted our time and when carriage costs so much these days you would expect a much better service!

They were able to add extra items after i had completed my web order without incurring extra delivery costs
