Goods sent quickly, great help with misdelivery.

Excellent service and price
Ordered 25kg of Blood, Fish and Bone on Monday afternoon. Delivered using standard service on Tuesday afternoon. Well packaged in strong sack. Price for 25kg and delivery was only slightly more than for 10kg at garden centre. An excellent experience
and will definitely use again.

Product quality very poor.
I’ve been a customer of Agrigem for 10 years and have to say the quality of products have deteriorated over the last 2 years. Recently purchased 9-7-7 lawn fertiliser and the packaging has reduced to 20kg from 25kg. The quality of product is now poor, 1kg of dust in a 20kg bag, granular size inconsistent between 15mm and 2mm which clogs automatic spreaders and wastes product. They need to improve their quality control!

Let Down By Their Couriers
I have used Agrigem three times and this would have been a five star review, as they gave me good advice and good products on the first two orders, but the delivery of the third by DX has been a shambles. I have wasted 2 days waiting at home, and still no delivery. I ordered several items on a Thursday. One single item (a 25kg bag of fertiliser & weedkiller) came on the Saturday with a hole in the bag and leaking product. The rest of the order was meant to come on Tuesday, but DX texted (BEFORE MY DELIVERY SLOT) that they couldn’t find me. DX were then meant to come on Wednesday but they did not show and didn’t bother to send an update. I have no idea when to expect the order. I’m sorry Agrigem, but I can’t recommend you whilst you’re using a hopeless courier company. You’re responsible for the courier you choose, and you charge a fortune for delivery.

I purchased two 20 kg bags of lawn feed and I was surprised that the bags arrived with only a delivery label and no other packaging, unfortunately one bag had been punctured during delivery and had lost a couple of kg of the treatment.
