Paid next day delivery ordered 7am
Paid next day delivery ordered 7am, website states order before 1pm for next day delivery and still haven't received the item. This is the second or 3rd time this has happened now, I would avoid this company as they will charge you for a service you wont receive and won't refund you either

You learn more about a company & its people when things go wrong, their values, ethos & commitment towards customers either shines or disappears.
My first 2 orders were delivered without incident – good product – good price – next day. The third didn’t run smoothly & arrived damaged. One email & one photo was all that was needed for Shannon to leap into action & resolve the situation to my complete satisfaction, in around 24 hrs.
The least I could do was leave a review.
