If i could give 0 stars i would!
Thieves! not giving a full refund for a flight THEY cancelled. They even closed their desk at Tirana airport because they know what would happen if an angry customer passes by to say hello. Like i just did and fortunately for them the boot was closed. they don't even answer mails of lawyers or from the belgian ministry of transportation. a shame to call this a company. The pride of Albania?! a bunch of ordinary crooks!

Nje kompani e falimentuar dhe e shkaterruar. Fluturimi nga Stambolli ne Tirane u shty me 4 ore pa asnje lajmerim paraprak ne nje kohe qe kompania ka ne dispozicion numer tel dhe email te cdo pasagjeri. Dhe me e keqja eshte se ne telefon me suportin na thane qe avioni ka pasur defekt teknik prandaj nuk eshte nisur, duke na ngjallur panik dhe frike per fluturimin. Ne fakt e verteta eshte qe kjo kompani e kishte avionin e vetem qe disponon ne Milano. Nga Milano e ka derguar ne Tirane dhe pastaj erdhi ne Stamboll. Minimalisht mos te na kishit trembur. Pastaj na sollen nje sanduic te ngrire me 2 feta djathe si ne kohen e refugjateve te viteve 90. E turpshme, Tirana qe pret mijera turiste i len pasagjeret e saj gjithe naten neper stola. Jemi ende ne aeroport dhe nuk e dime a do ikim. Nderkohe ora eshte 1 e nates dhe fluturimi ishte ne 21.20

The only "customer service" that hangs up the phone to their clients because they pose questions about their unannounced delay.

Non merita nemmeno una stella. Pessima gestione. Combo di cancellazione e ritardo del volo. Senza nessuna spiegazione.

We flew from Denver to Istanbul with Turkish Airlines and had zero issues. We then had a 4 hour layover in Istanbul with a flight to Tirana through AirAlbania. The screens in the terminal simply said “check for gate number at 00:45” as in 12:45am. Our flight to Tirana was supposed to be at 9:20pm… The lack of communication from them is appalling. We thought this was a glitch because it was so much later than our original flight. You’d think we’d get an email, text, some sort of a notification about this delay but nothing. We finally had to go to the Air Albania international transfer (had to exit the terminal to do so) and they just told us the delay was correct and we’d be taking off at 2:45 am. So we went and slept a few hours and waited for a gate to show up. Once again, nothing. 2:45 rolls around and we haven’t heard a peep and the terminal screen just said “delayed” at this point we’re exhausted, have to go back to the transfer once again just to be told “we’re sorry, it’s been delayed again but will certainly leave at 5am” and were given a meal voucher to one of the cheap restaurants at the food hall. Fast forward to now I am writing this at 6am and we haven’t even begun to board the plane.

Long review short: AVOID THIS AIRLINE AT ALL COSTS. We were delayed by over 9 hours and they have ruined a whole day of travel for us. I paid for a hotel to stay at overnight and we won’t even make it to the hotel before check out, so that’s $300 wasted.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE FLY AIR ALBANIA. I travel a lot and am well aware flight disruptions happen, but we were delayed for 10 hours with absolutely 0 communication from them. The worst airline I have ever flown.

Des billets d’avion à 200€ tirana/bruxelles toujours non remboursé à ce jour et cela fait 2 mois qu’on attend ! Le vol avait été annulé sans raison et cela a 2 reprises et aujourd’hui on quémande pour récupérer notre argent. Compagnie à qui on envoie des mails et qui ne répond jamais. Inadmissible mais on ne va pas à rester là ! FUYEZ cette compagnie !!!!!!!!!

Avoid at all costs. Worthless business.

da sconsigliare esperienza da cancellare da piu 25anni di voli su questa tratta e la prima volta che mi imbatto in cancellazione della partenza 5gg prima senza nessuna comunicazione e un numero di telefono dove chiamare unica scelta partire da un altra città 2.5 ore lontano in 4ps. rientro monitorato per giorno confermato piu volte anche al cech-in per il momento 3ore di ritardi

Ho dato una stella perché non posso mettere zero se non sottozero, avevamo prenotato il volo per oggi di ritorno da Tirana a Verona alle 16:50 hanno annullato il volo oggi stesso in mattinata senza dare altre opzioni, se non aspettare il 2 settembre, in sostanza abbiamo dovuto prenotare un’altro volo di un’altra compagnia spendere 1000 euro di biglietti (870 perché scontati dall’agenzia). Sicuramente non sceglieremo mai più questa compagnia nemmeno fosse l’ultima rimasta sulla faccia della terra.

Ma com’è che a sta compagnia non la fanno saltare, senza nessun preavviso 3 ore di ritardo 25/08/2025 dovevo partire alle 19:25 e invece sono le 21:52 ora siamo sul aereo alleluia . C’è una signora che piangeva disperata non sa se la mamma la trova viva o morta. Siete vergognosi vergogna vergognatevi

Cancellazione voli senza la minima spiegazione. Prima cancellano l'andata e a pochi giorni dal ritorno cancellano anche quello obbligando a rifare il volo al l'ultimo momento spendendo cifre esorbitanti

Disastro prenotato sei mesi fa il volo x 3persone dal 16/8/25 ore 10;00 con rientro
al21/8/25 alle ore 22 di sera .quindici giorni prima cerco di fare il check in on line niente mando mail di conferma niente .mi presento all aereoporto di Malpensa il 16/8 ma non c'è nessuno volo alle 8del mattino e mi dicono che c'è un volo la sera alle 21.30 ma mi consigliano di chiamare la compagnia in Albania dato che non rispondono alle mail .chiamo dopo 3ore rispondono e mi dicono che e cambiato sia il volo di andata 16/8 alle 21.30 (che poi a ritardato altre 3ore)che il volo di rientro non più al21/8 alla sera ma al 20/8 al mattino alle8.chiedo chiarimenti .risposta o così o niente e se non parti i soldi li riavrai (quando)???morale partito e ora sto cercando qualche sito x eventuali rimborsi ma alcuni già mi dicono che l'albania non essendo un paese shengel sarà molto dura . sto cercando qualcuno per consigli per come fare ad avere un rimborso o risarcimento a chi mi posso rivolgere .grazie

Rimasto sorpreso, tempi rispettati, pulizia e correttezza, sicuramente da viaggiare con loro.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent AirAlbania flight. The experience was marked by poor organization and management. To outline my concerns:

1. We were left waiting for 10 minutes in the hot weather for a bus without air conditioning to transport us from the gate to the plane. The bus was overly crowded and no A/C.
2. Upon reaching the plane, there was a 15-minute delay at the stairs (waiting in the hot weather)
3. There was no available overhead space for my carry-on luggage, contrary to what was expected.
4. Despite my ticket including assistance, help was not forthcoming. In fact, when I sought assistance, a flight attendant named Alexandra threatened to have security remove me from the flight. Thankfully, another passenger assisted me instead.
5. After takeoff, I found the bathroom facilities to be in poor condition, with no toilet paper available, and a broken door on the garbage can.

I have observed that other international airlines provide far better assistance with luggage and other needs. This situation leads me to question the training provided to AirAlbania staff.

For your reference, I have reported this incident to the U.S. Embassy as citizen of U.S. and included photographic evidence of the issues faced.

I hope that AirAlbania will address these concerns promptly.

J'ai réservé depuis mei 2025 pour 2 personnes ( 710 eur) départ de Bruxelles le 5 août 2025 et retour de tirana pour le 12 août 2025.
On m'informe fin juin que les vols ont été annulé et qu'un remboursement est prévu.
Cela fait presque 2 mois que j'attends qu'on me rembourse, j'ai dépenser plus de 300 euros en téléphonie a force de les appeler pour voir ce qu'il en est. C'est toujours les mêmes débiles qui vous répondent qu'il vont envoyer un mail au service finance. Je leurs ai envoyé une vingtaine de mail et jamais une réponse.
Fuyer et ne vous faites pas avoir par ces conard.

This air company is a SCAM! DO NOT EVER BOOK with them! Our flight from Brussels to Tirana was cancelled by Air Albania with no reimbursement option, we could not reach the client service by phone and never got a reply by mail. Basically, there was no way to claim the refund. Then, the return flight initially scheduled for a Saturday afternoon was first cancelled, then rescheduled for Sunday 3 am, then cancelled last moment a day before. Being outside the EU, it is not even possible to claim a cancellation compensation. I read many reviews with the same sad experience.

Scandaloso!!! arriviamo in aeroporto Malpensa e scopriamo che il volo è stato canellato senza nessuna soluzione alternativa. Contattiamo l'assistenza dove una ragazza ripete le stesse cose come un robot, che il volo è stato cancellato e il prossimo volo con i posti disponibili per noi sarebbe stato fra 6 giorni!!!! Veramente??? Stiamo scherzando??? Abbiamo programmato tutto: 2 hotel, macchina a noleggio per 2 settimane. Mi cancellano il volo il giorno stesso e mettono nella situazione in quale non ho più la possibilità di cancellare nulla gratuitamente. Mi hanno rovinato le vacanze. Ho richiesto il rimborso totale, il quale dovrebbe arrivare sulla carta entro 14 giorni.
Non mi è mai capitato una cosa del genere.
Che dire....statela lontano!!!!
Aggiornato il 17.08: non ho ancora ricevuto nessun rimborso nonostante la mail con la conferma del avvenuto rimborso.
