I would rate this airline lower if I could. They charged me €170 to check my luggage, which was 18kg, and that was with a discount. That is $305 AUD. When I was unhappy, they told me I had to talk to Turkish airlines at my next destination, only to be told at the next destination that was completely untrue and they were very much the correct people to deal with.
I then lined up for my flight with the other passengers where we waited until after we were meant to take off. Only then did they announce we had been delayed. Then we were delayed again. I will never fly with this airline again.

“Compagnia aerea” a dir poco imbarazzante. Già chiamarla compagnia aerea è farle un complimento.

Cancellazioni all’ordine del giorno senza un benché minimo di assistenza.

Se li chiamo o gli scrivi neanche ti rispondono.

Cancellato il volo una settimana prima di partire sia l andata che il ritorno, volo prenotato mesi prima.
Così ci siamo ritrovati il mese di agosto a trovare alternative super costose visto il periodo

Peggior compagnia aerea, mi è stato cancellato il volo senza nessun avviso e non mi è stato riaccreditato importo per intero del biglietto anche dopo il reclamo

First of all, the gate was meant to open 35 minutes before the flight time but no one was at the gate and it was causing people stress since some had to urgently arrive at their destination. Second of all, I pre-booked the seats but they changed my seat since apparently this airlines doesn't do check in. Never traveling again.

Ho prenotato 4 mesi fa, 2 biglietti di ritorno Tirana-Bologna per il 24 agosto. Oggi mi hanno comunicato che il volo è stato cancellato. Nessuna spiegazione è stata data. Fate schifo ladri truffatori 💩

We booked a flight with Air Albania. Got cancelled 2 times,rebooked on other data with no prior info... 3 time flight gor cancelled with no given reason.
No response when we mailed or called for info.
Stilll waiting xor our refund.
Untrustfull, croocked way and absolute not client friendly.

They cancelled all flights for technical reason one week before our departure They destroy our holidays never again stay away

We booked flight tickets for 2 people from Brussels Zaventem to Tirana for 5th August 2025. First they changed the dates of our reservation to 6th August, and a few days later they simply canceled the flight without offering us another date of reimbursement. At this time, we send lots of emails, they still didnt respond. Air albania owe us 840 euros for the reimbursement of the tickets !!

Notre vol Genève–Tirana prévu fin juillet a été annulé à moins de 14 jours du départ, sans solution alternative proposée. Nous avons été contraints de racheter des billets beaucoup plus chers, de réorganiser notre voyage, et malgré tout cela, Air Albania refuse de rembourser les frais engendrés, pourtant dus selon la réglementation européenne.

Le service client est injoignable ou vague, et nous renvoie vers un formulaire introuvable ou une adresse e-mail qui ne répond pas.
Aucun geste commercial, aucune considération pour les passagers.

Première et dernière fois avec cette compagnie. Si vous tenez à vos vacances et à votre tranquillité d’esprit : FUYEZ.

Vol annulé 5h avant le départ, vous étions en train de nous préparer pour aller à l’aéroport que je reçois un mail me disant que mon vol a été annulé, aucune option de remboursement ou solution proposée, nous devons juste payer un autre vol et nous débrouiller.
De plus comme celui ci est de nuit nous devons nous débrouiller pour passer une nuit à l’aéroport ou bien trouver une nuit d’hôtel

Mi hanno annullato il volo 2 settimane prima della partenza. Ho chiamato per avere informazioni e al telefono mi hanno riferito che tutti i voli di agosto per Bergamo sono stati cancellati e di conseguenza anche il mio volo di ritorno. Ho speso oltre 150€ di chiamata per richiedere il rimborso dei biglietti. Hanno mantenuto la parola sul rimborso che mi è arrivato dopo 2 giorni, ma in ogni caso lo sconsiglio.

Fatto il biglietto per il 03/08/2025 MXP-TIA, controllo oggi (quasi due settimane prima) il volo risulta annulato , senza che nessuno mi riferisse niente, ho dovuto chiamare io stesso per avere informazioni. Con la promessa che i miei soldi verranno saldati da 2 a 14 giorni resto in attesa, avvocato qui in Svizzera già informato. MERITATE DI FALLIRE

Non prendetelo mai.
Non sono in grado di garantire i voli promessi, come se nulla fosse due settimane prima del volo lo cancellano mandando una mail e senza dare spiegazioni.
Proviamo a contattarli per un rimborso e NESSUNO risponde, una vera delusione a cui auguro il fallimento.

J'ai réservé 2 vols AR pour Genève Tirana le 4 et le 13 août.
Ils ont annulé les vols 3 semaines avant le départ, et ne me proposent ni un autre vol ni un remboursement. Ce sont des voleurs

Comme la plupart des personnes, vol annulé pour faire Genève Tirana et Tirana Geneve le 15 Juillet pour le 8/08 et le 20/08. Dommage car prix attractifs mais nous avons du rajouter 300 € de billet, on attend toujours la réponse du service client par mail pour un remboursement ( qui d'ailleurs est mentionné "automatique" en cas d'annulation du vol par la compagnie dans les Conditions Général de Vente...) Bref A FUIR!!!

My flight from Athens to Tirana was cancelled for absolutely no reason. I emailed their customer service and still no answer. This airline company is a big scam. Don’t book it at any cost, you’ll get screwed….

I missed my flight due to the complete lack of responsibility from Air Albania, in cooperation with Turkish Airlines. This is the second time in a row I’ve had a terrible experience with them.

They do not allow online check-in, and at the airport, they delay opening the check-in counters without any explanation. This time, the counter opened only 50 minutes before the flight, which is absolutely insufficient time to reach the gate—especially in a massive airport like Istanbul.

Their customer support is nonexistent—no response, no information, no calls answered. The lack of communication and accountability is alarming.

What makes this worse is that we are paying full prices, not low-cost fares. Yet the service is far below any acceptable standard.

I am deeply disappointed and frustrated, and I would strongly reconsider trusting this airline again. A complete disregard for the customer’s time, money, and travel experience.

il 27/02 ho acquistato 4 biglietti Tirana/Milano mx per il 04/05 . Il 23/04 Air Albania mi ha inviato una mail comunicandomi, senza spiegazioni, che il volo era stato annullato. Ho dovuto acquistare un altro volo ad un prezzo esorbitante e in più, nonostante vari solleciti sia telefonici (call center a pagamento) che scritti, non ci hanno mai rimborsato il costo dei biglietti annullati. Ci siamo rivolti anche ad una associazione, ma purtroppo dicono che non si può far nulla....a questo punto non so cosa pensare....
