My experience is not something to complain about, but a comment to change your policy. I ordered a product that part of the order was backlogged. I called your customer service prior to ordering and all that was recommended was that you need to order it when you can as the product may not be there tomorrow. Nothing mentioned about holding the entire order up until the backlogged product is available.Should have been informed of the policy and updated by email when the availability is present.

I had been looking for a Schofield revolver for a while & when you ran a sale I had to pull the trigger on it.
