Love the air rifle I received. The only gripe I have is I went to order some pellets and when I saw the shipping charges on 2 cans of pellets I quickly changed my mind and went to eBay and got free shipping.

1911A1 U.S. Army I purchased a gun model that uses 4.5 pellets. I shot 3 of the pellets and the whole 12.
Pellets get stuck.
I emailed them, and the reply was that I had to pay for the return to the address given. Additionally, a 20% restocking charge applies.
I kept the gun in order not to give them the pleasure of reselling the firearm.

Received my Air Rifle and found it to be improperly
Assembled from the factory Stock was loose and power valve was inop. I waited a week for this gun. called on Friday upon receiving it and was told that a tec would call me for information, I Never was contacted till I called back on Monday. Evidently your company has no QAQC program and has no one to check the rifles that are sold before shipment. this does not leave me with a good feeling to be able to do business or recommend you company to anyone. This is my 3rd purchase so 3 times I have made purchases and all have been successful. No issues. Just wish I would have ordered after a holiday and not a day before, so basically I waited for 4 days before anything even happened. But the day when people head back to work items were processed and shipped. Over all AGD is the best for your AG items etc. highly recommend to all.

First time ordering and told my order is on back order, I'm thinking about ordering from Ebay, but trying to be fair.

Air Gun Depot always has what I am looking for. They ship the product as fast as they can, and the packaging is the best. I have been shopping at AGD ever since I got into air guns about five years ago. I highly reccomend them!

Ive purchased over 25 products from Airgun Depot and they have always come through. Prompt deliveries, honest answers to questions, and decent prices.

Had issue with the gun I purchase after about 3 days contacted air gun depot and they sent a returned packing slip right away for replacement. Once item returned replacement was sent out the next day.

I have purchased a few air hand guns a Glock 19 and they work well for a few weeks and then they just stop working and have bought 3 of them so I believe I have a good sense of the junk they sell also purchased a full auto strike force umbrella m4 stile rifle and boy was that fun for about a week and it turned into a POS it wouldn’t fire a round after a week. It is too bad that the quality of the shit they sell just doesn’t last for any length of time because it is fun for a week or so and then they just fail miserably. No more for me I am done
