All great! They have a vast assortment of fine aircraft models. I bought an XXL version of the Virgin Atlantic 787 and I'm so happy to display it on my desk! Delivery from UK is also very fast, plus when you buy you get points to collect for discounts on future orders. Great site!

The A380 model I ordered is fabulous; made with real precision. It was despatched within two hours of ordering and arrived the following day.

AirModels produce great models.I have purchased three planes now, Two extra large and one small as gifts. The quality is very good. What we would like to see is the company start to produce models with inbuilt illumination of the lights and windows. This would take the models to a whole new level whereby their display would look even more impressive. Thank you.

I really like the xl beluga model, excellent quality model and I cannot fault the packaging and delivery, the service has been excellent and I would love to collect all the other numbered callsigns, only have the Beluga 5 tail number available but if you had the others I would buy them in a heartbeat.

Customer service is very very bad the worst I have encountered online.

I didn't receive my Blackbird on time when I first ordered. Frustrated, I wrote a mail to the company's customer support team and they responded quickly, dissecting my issue to the last bit. It was tricky at first but they handled the problem professionally.

Turns out that the issue wasn't with their delivery but the customs at the airport. Now I have my bird sitting on my desk and it looks beautiful. Would definitely recommend for international deliveries.

First it went wrong. No communication. It took too long.

After this massage I have been called by the company. They said they had technical difficulties with software. They didn’t recieved the money. Right now waiting for the package. At later time I will change the rating.
