Remote location fee
Airport Rentals resolved an issue I had with the 'remote location fee' (as during the booking process it was not entirely clear that I would pay another fee on collection of the car from the rental company). After correspondence with Airport Rentals they reversed this charge.

We've reviewed your booking and can confirm that the Remote Location Fee charged by Hertz formed part of the total rental price quoted prior to booking. The booking advised that this fee was payable at the rental counter, and your booking confirmation itemised it under "Additional fees you'll pay at the rental counter."
We are also sorry to learn that you believed you had not received a response from us. Our records show that our Reservations Team replied to your enquiry on 7 July. If you haven't seen this email, it may have been filtered into your junk or spam folder.

Their rental cars were much cheaper than other options I found. I was only required to pay a deposit on booking and the remainder is paid at the counter on pick up. This works for me and isn't an option I've found with other bookings I've made.

When going into Omaha Neb
When going into Omaha Neb, Do not rent from Dollar rental if you flight is coming in at night. They close up and go home.

Rental vehicle changes
Called to change the pick up date and time of the rental car as well as the location of the pick up. The support help person was very helpful and was able to make all the changes as well as keeping the original vehicle I had booked. Very happy thank you.
