Airwatch Customer service is 1st Class. Had a problem with my purchase, they have responded quickly to resolve my concern. Highly recommend.

The company have been good, they responded to all my email quickly and rectified any questions I asked, waiting to receive my watch.

The watch is either faulty or rubbish you can't reply to messages or WhatsApp messages, I raised this with the seller provided a short video of proof, to be told I'd have to send it back to Japan from the UK, to possibly get a refund, when dealing with customer services you get 1 reply roughly every 24 hours, terrible company to deal with, please buy elsewhere and save yourself the hassle

We purchased headphones for my granddaughter Xmas present, she opened them on Christmas morning, put them on and they snapped.
We’ve asked for a refund or replacement, unfortunately, before we can have either, we have to give a positive review to the Company and send them a screen shot of it. I am unable to do this, as we are not happy with the goods or service.
I am now claiming this on back on my credit card… poor poor service.

Great headphones - my daughter got them as a gift for Christmas and loved them.

Had an issue wuth the watch but this was resolved very quickly thanks for your help

I bought the Airwatch and shipping was as quick as could be expected. The watch itself is excellent for the price, seems to be really functional.

Unfortunately I had a rare issue with the strap but the customer service responded immediately and are going to send a replacement which is really fantastic.

I would definitely recommend the product and the company!

I ordered headphones as a gift for my niece. within minutes I requested to cancel the order as I made a mistake with the colour, and then placed a second order for the correct colour. Their customer services told me it was too late to cancel the order - are you serious! They then tell me I have to return it to China at my expense. I am later told it is too late to return as 14 days have elapsed. I would avoid this Micky Mouse company at all costs. Absolutely hopeless and dishonest (lack of) customer service.

Really good product, amazing sound, I brought these headphones for my teenage son and he absolutely loves them would highly recommend

Brought a Airwatch Pro 2.0 as Christmas present. on arrival watch didn’t charge. Contacted Airwatch and complied with request to send a video showing the issue and would send a replacement. They then told me to leave a positive review before they would send a replacement. I said I’ll leave review after receiving working replacement to which they have insisted I leave a positive review on here first and won’t send replacement until I do. All comms on email to prove how useless they are. Believe they do this to others. £60 down the drain and a daughter without a present.
Absolute fraud of a company. Customer interaction is poor and unprofessional. Would advise anyone to stay clear.

Ordered and paid for an SmartWatch AirWatch Pro 3. It arrived and was faulty from day one. I contacted AirWatch (help[@]airwatch-store.com) who said I need to send them a video to prove the fault. After receiving the video and accepting the item as faulty they said they would only warranty the item AFTER I leave a false positive review and prove to them that I have done so. SHOCKING, I'm certain that most of the 5 star reviews of this company or product have been left due to the sellers blackmail.

Very good communication and air watch was able to resolve my issue straight away. Excellent customer service will be buying from them again in the future.

This website is great for presents the headphones are super great quality and much better than my old ones would definitely recommend
