They always responded to queries in a timely manner, were polite and thorough and at no stage in the move did I feel like Ashley James solicitors were holding any of the proceedings up. Disappointed with the service. I felt extremely pressured to pay large Retainer fee, without any cooling off period offered and paper work signed to commence the work for my case. I was informed by CAB I could represent myself in court for my case so decided not to proceed. They kept a large portion of the retainer fee. I was totally duped

Whilst we did spend a few hours in preparation prior to you withdrawing your instructions, we only charged a reduced fixed fee. The remaining funds were returned to you.
