Truly exceptional technical support, best part itâs usually the same person or someone you have already talked to. But other than my installation I havenât had to call tech support. No daily or weekly false alarms like I had with ADT. I have had the system 9 months and not one false alarm. Keep up the good work.

Alarm New England has been awesome to work with. Unlike other alarm companies we talked to they didn't try to push product or services we didn't need but engaged in a conversation with us about our house, our circumstances and tailored a solution to our needs.
