Everyone at Alarm New England has been a pleasure to work with. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and office personnel are always helpful.

The wireless setup has been working well, but there could be more follow-up. I feel like the monthly charge is deducted automatically and there is no one at the other end that cares if the system is working sufficiently and meeting my needs and expectations.

Top notch service all around! Alexandra and Connie were great to work with. Jonathan did a quality installation and a thorough job explaining how to use the Honeywell Lyric system. If you accidentally trip a sensor the monitoring department will call you immediately for verification. Overall I am very satisfied with Alarm New England and the products they offer. The Lyric system is easy to use and can be customized to suit your preferences. I highly recommend Alarm New England.

In the beginning I was told that we would be treated like family and that we are only a phone call away. That was before we got the system and are now locked in for 3 years. Odane has been wonderful so this doesn't reflect anything on him. When I had some questions in the beginning I had sent an email to the 2 names I had Alexandra and Connie and never got a call from either one. All of a sudden Odane called and said he is now in charge of our account. Really? I was customer service for 16 years and I would have and had called an account to tell them that there will now be a new person in charge of their account and so expect a call from them. And who would be calling. Not just get a call out of the blue from someone I never have talked to before.
After 2 months all of a sudden our hall motion detector went off when we had left the house to go to dinner. Well when we got home my poor dog was a wreck and neither myself or my husband could understand why this happened. So we set the alarm and waiting having my 18 lb Cairn Terrier walk back and forth across the hall and sure enough he set it off. How and why is that even possible? I was told the sensitivity was set for a 80 lb dog well my dog is still 18 lbs. And never has that ever happened with any other alarm company. So a tech was sent out here to replace the hall motion. Well he was suppose to come between 2-4 on 1/28 Well by 4:50 nobody had showed up and nobody called so I called to find out where the tech was. At first I was told there was no ticket for this...You can only imagine how I felt...I wasn't happy. Finally the girl said she remembered me calling and she did the ticket so she checked with the tech and said he would be there in 30 minutes. Gee if I hadn't called would he even have showed up???? Well he came and he replaced the hall monitor and said he didn't see any thing that would have set it off and because we were still less than 90 days there would be no charge. Are you kidding me? I don't care if it was 360 days.....something was wrong. So now we have a new one and thankfully I don't go out much as am still not feeling warm and fuzzy about this and I can't and don't want to keep bypassing this monitor. So I pray every time I leave my dog that it won't go off. Thankfully I now have the ability to shut it off on my phone but that is not the point. This should have never happened. And I guess in time I will see if I can trust this to never go off again...Again not warm and fuzzy

Alexandra was great, she was very accommodating when I needed my alarm in a huge hurry.

Well wirh some issues but the personnel services are very good, work with small business always carried some challenge but it carried good local business and a good opportunity to build a business relationship

So far, they have delivered everything they said they would and the installation work was done at the quoted costs. They were and have been very easy to work with. I have no reservations about recommending them to other in need of alarm installation and service.

Very satisfied with this company. No complaints. Family feels safe.
