I’m am so incredibly happy with Alba Rose!!! I ordered a signet ring as I lost my dog who was my absolute world!

The whole process was very simple and easy and they were very good at answering my questions; the ring itself surprisingly took quicker to arrive than expected probably just below two weeks. As well as dropping me an email to say they’ve received the ashes safely and when it was on its way back.

Best thing I’ve ever done this is so special to me I can’t stop looking at it - my baby boy is back at my side now for good this time X

The pieces of cremation jewellery I had made were absolutely beautiful. I had people admiring the pieces asking where I bought them. It is a great comfort to me knowing that a small part of my dearly loved brother is close to me. The customer service is excellent, very helpful and thoughtful. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Thankyou once again.

Love the piece of Jewellery but communication wasn’t great when you have sent a loved ones ashes. I’m extremely happy with my purchase but when you have no communication from purchasing the item and from sending ashes to receiving your item it leaves you worrying & it’s a lot of money too. Again very pleased with the quality & it’s exactly what I was hoping for. Just wish you would have kept me in the loop more.

I order a beautiful necklace out off my mums ashes it was quick an easy to order. I received it back in a beautiful gift box along with a cerfcate of off who ashes where in necklace I am very pleased with it thank you alba rose for doing this beautiful necklace for me

I was looking for a company to make me a charm with my sons ashes in , for my pandora bracelet,
Found Alba Rose website , and was very impressed with reviews , so ordered from there .
Well , I received my charm today , and it’s so beautiful , such a lovely colour , and can see the ashes so clearly .
The inscription on it has been beautifully written, I am over the moon with the charm to say the least , I now have part of my dear son with me all the time.

Quality jewellery. I pondered on purchasing my pendant, as the price was higher than some other ashes jewellery sites I'd looked on. But once it arrived, I was SO happy. It's beautiful, well made and the certificate that comes with it is a lovely touch. It was a quick & easy service to use. I love my pendant so much that I am now going to treat myself to another piece of jewellery from Alba Rose.

From start to Finnish the service was excellent, kept me informed every step and was delivered about 7 days after receiving my mums ashes. Was presented lovely in the presentation box. I’m very pleased with the quality and the free personalisation makes it extra special.

3 years ago I lost my beloved Dad to cancer then suddenly this April unexpected I lost my dear Mum. When Dad passed I had a ring made with his ashes and I decided to recreate a new ring with AlbaRose with both my Mum and Dads ashes in so that they are with me forever! I chose diamonds to represent the birth stone of April when Mum was found and I chose the colour citrine to represent my Dads birth stone of November. The ring is out of this world. Beautifully made and is of a high quality! A massive thank you to AlbaRose and especially to Ryan who dealt with my order in a professional and empathetic manner, making the whole process comfortable and at ease. Highly recommend. Disgusting company who messed up the colour of my cremation ring and not only ignored my contact emails but also tried underhand tactics by changing the colour on the website selection page!! Pity they didn’t consider that I have a printed brochure displaying the original colour that I ordered.

Chose this small business as I thought they would have attention to detail. Feel extremely let down. Would not recommend due to shocking lack of communication and dodgy tactics.

*Edit: Per Alba Rose’s reply, I DID NOT order the “wrong colour” and have multiple emails from the company apologising for the mistake THEY made - and also saying I could only have a refund if I removed my review. When I didn’t, they reported it to have it removed themselves. And I’m STILL waiting for the refund. Considering the nature of the product - a cremation ring - I would have expected a little more sensitivity and professionalism.
