Disgusting company who messed up the colour of my cremation ring and not only ignored my contact emails but also tried underhand tactics by changing the colour on the website selection page!! Pity they didn’t consider that I have a printed brochure displaying the original colour that I ordered.

Chose this small business as I thought they would have attention to detail. Feel extremely let down. Would not recommend due to shocking lack of communication and dodgy tactics.

*Edit: Per Alba Rose’s reply, I DID NOT order the “wrong colour” and have multiple emails from the company apologising for the mistake THEY made - and also saying I could only have a refund if I removed my review. When I didn’t, they reported it to have it removed themselves. And I’m STILL waiting for the refund. Considering the nature of the product - a cremation ring - I would have expected a little more sensitivity and professionalism.

Ordered a sentimental charm recieved within 2 weeks. The charm is beautiful. I got this sentimental gift for my girlfreind and she loves it. It's very well made. Can see the ashes of loved ones clearly. The packaging was well packed and thought put into it. Absolutely stunning!

Just recieved my chain and pendant with my recently deceased dads ashes in,I am absolutely over the moon with it! I had a bad experience with cherished urns so after my sister recommended this site I ordered my chosen pendant and chain,as soon as I seen it I fell in love with it! it came with an Authenticty certificate with my dads name on too! cherished urns did not provide this.Thank you so much I can have mmy dad with me all of the time now x

Cannot recommend this service enough! Was struggling to find a wedding band to fit my engagement ring. Ordered a mould kit and sent it off and received my design very quickly. The whole thing from start to finish was easy and very reasonably priced!!

I selected a 9ct white gold ring with diamonds to hold the ashes of both my parents. They deserved nothing less. My ring has just arrived and I am stunned by the amount of gold and diamond I have got for my money. You can never be sure when ordering online and I was worried that it could be a bit flimsy. This is a substantial and really beautiful piece of jewellery. From a distance the centre ‘stone’ resembles an opal but close up the ashes a clearly visible. My ring has taken just under a month from ordering, and I am sure that I am going to draw great comfort from having my Mum and Dad with me.

I looked at several suppliers before choosing Alba Rose as their designs were so much nicer and less obvious than some of the others. I can recommend Alba Rose and will be contacting them to copy an old and very valuable family ring in silver and Swarovski to make alternative I can wear without worry.

The process was very simple. The kit arrived very quickly and my custom made piece delivered on time within the 16 working days quoted. I am very pleased with my ring and the whole process. Would and have recommended to others.

Beautiful jewelry for that very special memory to keep with you all times. I lost my beautiful boy Boombies (pug) and I knew I wanted something amazing to keep him with me and Alba Rose provided it. I got a stunning glass bead with my boys ashes in and it is gorgeous, with his name engraved around the edges. It arrived quicker than they said but I was happy to get it sooner.

A very special ring, beautifully crafted

Bought my wedding ring from them when they had the Blue Water store and had great service then but sadly lost a diamond out of it recently. It has diamonds all the way around so I had been concerned about ever day wear and tear and had taken insurance out but hadn't noticed the payments had stopped when my card had expired amongst all the other payments that come out every month. Contacted Alba Rose to find out why and had insurance reinstated and as a gesture of good faith, they replaced the missing stone free of charge. Really helpful once again and can't fault them. First class service. Just sad the Blue Water Store has gone but would certainly highly recommend them. When I originally bought it the girls on the store were just lovely and really helpful advising on which metals and clarity to go for etc etc. Thank you Alba Rose!

Thank you to Alba Rose for mine and my daughters necklaces they are beautiful. Tracking the progress was easy. They emailed when they received mums ashes which put my mind at rest because there is the fear that they might go missing. Thank you again in shall enjoy wearing it knowing that mum will always be with me.
