Communications from thecdelivery firm were excellent and the delivery men assembled the item quickly and tried to explain everything to me as they did so.

I love my outdoors sofas
I love my outdoors sofas, their service was very good & only not giving the 5 stars as the delivery took longer than advised, However, , I will go back to Alexander Rose again and again as their Products are of fantastic quality and been a customer for good 3 decades

Poor quality no replacement covers no attempt to help
I have bought alexander rose furniture for years. First a monte carlo dining set, then a san marino lounger, then a 3 sofa beach set. Most recently a rimini corner sofa set. The first two items were excellent quality and the dining set looks like new after almost 15 years.
The beach set i have had about 5 years and it is alright still although cushions have faded more than I would have hoped.
The rimini I bought in 2022. I bring the cushion covers in every autumn/winter and cover when not in use. One of the cushion covers has developed wear resulting in a tear (quite a large noticeable one). The material on the cushion is of noticeably inferior qualiry to that on the other sets of AR that I have. I approached customer service with proof of purchase and a picture of the tear. I asked whether it was covered by the warranty or could I purchase a replacement cover.
They do not do replacement covers and only give 2 years warranty on covers. They cannot help me at all. It was suggested i get a local upholsterer to replace cushion but they will never match it with the set and there are a lot of cushions in the set all of which will need to be replaced costing thousands.
So I have essentially had 3 years use out of a 7k set of furniture. Im extremely disappointed. I think the quality has deteriorated significantly and do not understand why such a high end brand does not stock replacement covers even of stock that is discontinued.
I will never buy alexander rose again and will mention this experience to anyone I know considering such a purchase.

Bench a great buy well packed and easily put together. Disappointed with delivery man who was too busy to leave this heavy item 10 yards away in the garage when asked.

I bought an Alexander Rose cantilever…
I bought an Alexander Rose cantilever garden parasol UH30 about 4 or 5 years ago which has been well looked after. Unfortunately its crank handle recently stopped working and the parasol is now out of warranty. Bearing in mind this is an expensive item to purchase about £500 or possibly more I should have thought that Alexander Rose would have provided a repair service or at least have been able to supply replacement parts (all mine needed was a replacement crankcase which is a relatively small and easy to install part) but no, I was advised by their customer services in consultation with their so-called workshop (can’t imagine what the workshop does as they do not offer repairs) that my parasol was beyond repair and could not be fixed and that they do not do repairs and do not carry spare parts. This beggars belief when it appears you can still buy these parasols through various garden centres/online outlets.They offered me a 10% discount off their online shop products but these no longer appear to include garden parasols so what use is that?
I am extremely disappointed that a company such as this which aspires to offer up-market products has such poor post warranty after-sales service and I would caution anyone buying their products to take account of this. I will certainly not be buying their products again.
