We liked the app and used it often. Then a week or so back we had a late-delivery / rudeness / cold food issue with the takeaway and all that stopped. All Eat were powerless to either intervene or obtain a refund (in spite of having all the evidence to hand and wasting hours of our time) in fact they proved themselves to be completely ineffective and as a result we'll be using neither them - nor the takeaway involved - ever again.

Another 45 mins later called the restaurant and was told the communication on the app is very poor and the order would be on its way in 10 minutes.
