i dealt with Mr Satpal singh, incredible experience. all the process was carried out with ease and the speed was unbelievable. we moved away from our bank as it took months to open a new account. this is even being with this bank for over 35 years. This gentleman gave us personal service, like the old days. well done. i will reccomend you guys to anyone.

I’ve recently opened an account for one of my businesses, so far everything is running very smoothly and I am very happy with how the account works. I’ve dealt with Anna Chambers who has been incredibly helpful and proactively called me on numerous occasions to ask how it is going and to offer any assistance. So far so good would definitely recommend.

Really sensible and easy process to open our account, online banking is easy to use and intuitive - this might all sound obvious but having opened a good few business accounts over the years and managed dozens, this is sadly quite revolutionary! Great customer service, great online service, would highly recommend!

We recently switched banks and I’ve been extremely impressed with Allica so far. Waiting times are short, call-backs from the setup team were fast, and the customer service throughout the switch — and since — has been excellent.

In particular, Fawad Ahmed, who first handled my enquiry and started our application, and Lauren Connor (in Louise Arnoud's team), who managed the next stage and helped push our application through under time pressure, have both been outstanding. Lauren has also continued to be incredibly helpful post-setup.

I recently contacted customer services regarding a payment query, and again the attentiveness and quality of service really stood out.

Ayan, who set up my account was great, answered all my questions promptly and kept me up to date throughout the whole setup process, cant ask for more than that, so far so good !

I required a statement for an account that had been closed a number of years. I emailed my request and within 24 hours I had a link to access and download my statement. Really happy that the process was simple and straightforward as other banks have made the same process very complicated.

I just switched my business banking from a mainstream bank - with whom I had been a customer for over 15 years, but neglected to help or care at the end - to Allica. The support during the set up, switch and follow up was impecable, emails, calls, nothing was too much trouble until I was all set up and sorted - like the banks used to be. In addition, the saving rate is extremely competitive, easy app and website. I have been with them for six months now and so far so good. A special shout out to Simon Lofts, who was a pleasure to work with and went beyond his duties to help. I really recommend it to any small business.

After yest another disastrous event with our "old" business bank SANTANDER (no wonder they are losing customers at a rate of knots...) it was a blessed relief to speak with Allica Bank.

Santander could not re-activate a dormant account same day.

However, Allica could open a new account same day - including digital identification etc etc.

Faith at Allica was our onboarding contact and she rang us multiple times to advise on progress and to help us set up the account and additional staff members to view the account etc.

We know our Relation Manager at Allica - Dan - he rang to introduce himself and make sure that if we needed anything, he was at the end of the phone.

BONUS : we will get better interest on our new Allica account compared to the Santander account.

I am notoriously difficult to please - 5/5 no qualms.

Ben my account manager was exceptionally helpful from start to finish taking me through all stages of the application without any issues. I would definitely recommend Allica to anyone who is looking for a business bank account.

After 19 years with the same bank with no interest we opened an Allica Bank Account. Ken and the team at Allica have been so great that we have now made a full switch.

So now we get 4% interest and avoid our bank charges (we had free banking for life and them starting to charge for the final straw!)

Matt Ellis' service level was exceptional - he answered every question and kept us in the loop for the entire process. He is an asset to Allica Bank. The bank's processes are also easy to follow and every service promise was kept.

Once Tina Opie got involved, my experience with joining Allica has been great. Trying to do it on my own before hadn't worked!
