I am trying to get 60 euros put back into my account that I was overcharged..I closed my account at Christmas because of their very bad collection service over the Christmas with very rude staff on the lorries and no customer care ..I have called them almost every day since 15 Feb for my refund as I didn't owe them the money they took from my account...issue is still not resolved

Very bad costumer service,do not recommend to any one,i try to extend services with them but lady on the phone was with very bad manors,do not recommend.

Constantly missing pick ups. Very rude and ignorant office staff.
Increased charges without notice. Implemented additional fees without notice. Refuse to refund customers balance.
Avoid at all costs

Hired 3 skips recently and found Allied great to deal with. Very efficient delivery and collections and I would definitely recommend Allied. Sean was extremely helpful to deal with.

Unprofessional service, constantly not collecting bins even though account is paid up online. When you call about it, you are told you will be called back once they contact the driver ....you will not receive any call back!!
If you are looking for a bin company then i suggest look some where else.They obviously do not stick to the same route collection every week and just do what suits themselves. Customer service is appalling.

Very bad service never collect , never take responsibility for their “not good service” they can stay a month without collecting your bins but pretend to be payed no way to get your money back if you decide to cancel the set and you still have money on your top up
Avoid at any cost

Very bad attitude when contacted over phone for removal of bin used by another person who left the property one year ago.

Called to another company also having the bin at the same property and the are glad for removal.
