The fit wasn’t great. Despite ordering the right size, the fit was much smaller. Also, I have an average sized head but the neckline was tiny.

I have tried returning this item but still have not received a refund. Tried emailing but no response; tried calling but the phone number just goes straight to voicemail.

Could you please refund me the money for this item??? It was very expensive despite its poor quality and I wish to have my money back.

It might be a bit expensive, but that clearly is shown in the materials and design. Amazing overall experience. Even fast delivery from Uk to Denmark.

Ordered an £85 sweatshirt from there it said 1-3 work days before it would arrive, a month later and nothing. They basically took my money and gave me nothing. Awful.

Recently returned an order which was delivered at 10am on Thursday 14th July. I gave it till yesterday to send an email kindly requesting an update as to what stage my return was being handled. I haven't received a response nor automatic response expecting a few day lead time for a reply. I've now gone to read the reviews and they all say the same thing about returns.

I don't intend to wait a month before i post this as customer service should be fast & responsive to any communication from a customer.

I was totally unsure about the fit. I'm always in between sizes and don't like the oversized style. their sizing algorithm said size large. As well as their support via Instagram DMs. Very quick reply. They were right and I love my new Cola Collage jacket!

Don’t normally leave reviews, but customer service from Alma de Ace was awful. Returned 2 items, was never refunded after a month, and no replies from Alma de Ace when I tried to reach out to them. Luckily I paid through PayPal, so was able to put a claim through them.

I ordered two of the peli jumpers, loved the design in xl, I washed them twice (and washed them on the recommended setting) and they've shrunk so significantly I cant wear either of them. I understand I cannot send them back as I wore them both twice but they cost £130 and are now both useless to me. Wish they had a better returns policy. They had offered me store credit unable to use on any collabs (although havent replied since enquiring about that further) but if the stuff doesn't really fit me, I'm not sure of the use.

Edit - since writing this they've given me £130 gift card which has covered the jumper. The customer service has been good it was just unfortunate the size of the xl peli jumpers and their room to shrink.

I love the sweatshirt I bought at Alma: good quality and nice design. However, I did send two items back which I did not receive any refund for. The items were received by them more than a month ago. I have mailed them already 3 times with no response at all

I bought this sweatshirt for my sons birthday, he's very pleased with it. He's between a M & L, the L was a good fit (luckily, as it was the only size available)

The style is great. But the return is a pain which should be reworked.

The sweatshirts are so excellent that I bought two of them in quick succession in contrasting colours.
