I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I contacted them regarding a fault with a doll I had purchased, only to receive a rude and highly inappropriate response. The reply made completely unfounded assumptions about my mother — including suggesting she was in a care home and refused to let go of the doll — none of which are true.

Rather than addressing the issue professionally, their tone was patronising and dismissive. I found it incredibly disrespectful and upsetting. Based on this experience, I will never use this company again and will be sourcing a more compassionate and customer-focused supplier. I would urge others to think twice before buying from them.

I've read a lot of reviews on here that are quite negative tbh, which I feel some are quite unfair to read, I have had a positive experience and I am so grateful. I purchased Arthur the bear, and all though it took me a while to find a site where by I needed to download only MP3 playlist which took me hrs, I can help anyone wishing to purchase this bear much easier. So when you purchase this bear download a official Microsoft app in your computer its called MP3 skull you can get songs for free but have to watch ads but you can skip them or it's £12. for the year or £1.69 for the month, it's perfect and made my life easier, thank God to Microsoft, persistence is key. Once I downloaded all the songs from Elvis, Kenny roger, Vera Lynn, doris day, so many more, it brought me to tears when I eventually played on Arthur, I would say to leave the bear in loop mode as it won't repeat songs, as it does on shuffle. It's loud and perfect for my 96 year old nan. Can't wait to give this to her at xmas, can't wait to see my mums face neither we are all gonna be in tears...such a great gift for comfort as my nan struggles to sleep as she's frightened of being alone. This product was not right for my son, as the vibration was not strong enough so I had to return it. I was very disappointed that they took from £26.94 - £7.90 for the postage when the postage only costs about £3, which I could have paid for to get the full refund. What they should have done given me an option of postage.
Don't bother getting it anything here.

I bought a tracking device from AlzProducts to help me locate my mother who has Alzheimer's when she goes out, but the device was not suitable for people with Alzheimer's. AlzProducts refused to give me a refund even though I explained in some detail why it wasn't suitable and how their advertising was misleading. The device requires regular charging which people with Alzheimer’s would forget to do (obviously) and although the advert says that it provides location details from within a building, it doesn’t. Because it wasn't fit for purpose I asked AlzProducts for a refund which they refused as I'd had the device for over a month. I thought that was unreasonable in the circumstances (it took me ages to set it up and test which I needed to do before I gave it to my mother) and told them so but they flatly refused. Not a decent company to buy from. I put a negative review up on their website but it hasn't appeared, also quite bad............

Epic experience. Ordered at 2.40pm on a Thursday.
Being delivered the next day on a fixed time appointment.

Ordered a simple TV controller for elderly man, I tried to set it up for two hours in end concluded the channel change was faulty (which seems a common problem) sent back, to be fare to company gave me a refund with postage straight away

Great Company, to Buy Perfect Petz from,From Ordering, through to delivery, professional service with no issues, in fact i am looking to order another dog soon, as my wife was so happy to receive the little pug, as a surprise gift, that we have ordered a luxuery bed to put the pug in along with Biscuit our little Lassie type collie, perfect petz, so we have Biscuit & cocoa now, so life like, always asleep, breathing gently, no mess to clean up, life is good with perfect petz. roll on the introduction of a little husky. I forgot to mention wife, has got them both a dimonte collar.

We ordered the ginger breathing cat, such fast helpful service, amazing service, the cat was cute but would have liked it to purr too and the breathing is very faint. But it still was much appreciated with such good service. Thank you

I recently purchased some products for the care home where my parents are residing. The ship time was good and everything was received on time.
I received this glowing review from the activities director: "I have just had a chat with the Activity Team- they LOVED the scrap books- they were especially pleased with the 1930s and 1950s scrap books- they are all very useful to all the residents in the home!"

Ordered a 4 push button phone for my mother in law who has dementia.
It threw her at first but after sellotaping some simple written instructions to the cover that hides the dial pad she is getting on fine. Volume on earpiece is brilliant for her as she will not wear her hearing aids.

very pleased with the service. the item- a large LED display clock- had a crack on screen. There was no problem with exchanging it and item was dispatched within 24hrs. Very friendly and helpful telephone manner.

I ordered a telephone for my mother who suffers with mild cognitive impairment. The order and delivery went smoothly enough but when I installed the phone I couldn't lift three of the dial buttons to insert photos. There was also a crackling noise on the line when speaking on the phone (this never happened with her previous phone). I sent an email to this company over 2 weeks ago outlining the problems and asking them to make contact - STILL NO REPLY!!! Customer Service '0'!

A good service and an excellent product. Purchased for my mother, it does exactly the job for which it was intended. She now always knows the day and time without struggling to remember.

My Grandad has vascular dementia, he is always fiddling with his clothes so this tactile apron is a great gift idea. It was nice to be able to buy him something different that he can use.
The only downside I should mention is that the actual apron is made of very thin material so wet food does soak through, for the price I thought it would be made of thicker fabric.

The calendar clock I purchased from this company is a fantastic product and I would recommend to anyone. The process of ordering through to delivery was seamless. The difference it has made to my mum is unbelievable. She no longer gets confused or has to ask 'what day is it?' which makes her feel more confident and less confused.

Only difficulty was in setting day and date dials for the first time. I was setting up, and did not realise that to set the change I had take the time hands through another twelve hour period (to avoid the day/day change occurring at noon!). This would not have happened, of course, if using the 24hr clock system, but I agree that it is better to stick to the 12hr system as many will not cope with the 24hr method. Or did I misunderstand the whole process?!

I think a little more might be said in the instructions about altering the day and date dials, particularly as to whether it is acceptable to go back an hour or so, or only forwards. I have not dared to go backwards in case it upsets (or strips) the mechanism.

Anyhow, the clock is installed, mother-in-law likes it, and actually remembers to look at it. Serious good step, as she had no clue as to day or date in spite or a daily newspaper

We ordered the remote for our Mother who has had a Stroke. With modern day living and needing a remote for the tv and one for the sky box it's just SO overwhelming. But to find that you can purchase a remote that does everything is just BRILLIANT. My Mother thinks its GREAT and it takes ALL the pressure away from making mistakes.

I bought the Flipper remote control for my mum who has the first stages of dementia and had trouble operating the tv and satellite.

Now she has no trouble at all and knows which buttons to use automatically.

I was pleased to locate this product as average remote control can be complicated enough.

This clock is a Godsend. My husband has early dementia and continues to ask me all day long "What time is it"? "What day is it"?. My neighbour is so impressed she is going to order one for her mum. This was an present from our son for our 53rd Wedding anniversary.
