Apartment 4 is advertised as a luxury 4 bedroom penthouse with aircon and WiFi. This is why I booked and paid a premium price , unfortunately this is definitely not what I got !!!!

Upon arriving we had to call maintenance straight away as one of the toilet flushes was broken and the WiFi would not connect . This was the first of many calls and messages to maintenance and frequent messages to the apartment owner . We were told they would need to replace the WiFi router in a day or 2. When this was done we could occasionally connect to the WiFi but it would then just drop out . I had 6 very unhappy teenagers/young people with no WiFi for the whole 10 day stay . Another resident who has stayed at the complex before said the WiFi is shocking and totally not usable.

Now on to my Main complaint ….. The apartment is listed as penthouse with aircon. Firstly it is not a penthouse as a Smaller apartment is on the floor above !
Secondly and most importantly only 1 of the 4 bedrooms actually had aircon . The bedrooms were like saunas and the youngsters could not sleep . I had to message maintenance and the owner to request fans for 3 days . Even when the fans arrived the rooms were unbearable !!! I sent pictures to maintenance and advised the owner of mattresses on the lounge floor due to no aircon in the 3 (out of 4) bedrooms and as the 3 bedrooms are so small they were like unbearable hot boxes. I advised The owner that I would not have booked the apartment in the height of summer if he advertised it truly and stated only 1 of 4 bedrooms had aircon . He messaged back saying he was sorry I was disappointed then did not respond to my final message.
The apartment is also not luxury as advertised, it is very very tired …., cracked ceilings , damaged wooden flooring in master bedroom , plug socket in lounge hanging from wall , wonky light fittings throughout, just looked grubby throughout. One of the gentleman who came along with the maintenance (think he was complex owner) did say the whole place is due a refurb. PLEASE REFRAIN FROM ADVERTISING AS LUXURY AND CHARGING PREMIUM PRICES….. when this is simply no longer luxurious!
Overall summary ;
the apartment although very spacious has 3 (out of 4) bedrooms that are extremely small .
THERE IS NO AIRCON IN 3 OF THE BEDROOMS. Although this isn’t stated.
THE WIFI DOESN’T WORK.
THIS APARTMENT IS NO LONGER LUXURIOUS. It’s in need of a full refurb.

Wasn’t expecting the young people to have no WiFi and to sleep on lounge floor in what was advertised as a luxury aircon apartment .

I booked via clickstay

We booked our stay from the 4th to the 10th of march 2026, paid in full including a security deposit, it then took over 3 weeks for them to Inform us that they had in fact negligently double booked our stay our stay from the 4th to the 7th.

I gave them every opportunity to make things right even offering to stay at a different accommodation from the 4th to the 7th before switching back to our original accommodation. Shockingly they then decided to offer us completely unacceptable and inferior accommodation at no extra cost which we obviously refused as it was certainly not up to the standard of our original booking and completely unfit and inappropriate for our party of 3 adults in our opinion.

They also had availability on accommodation that we said would accept however just for the 3 nights that they had double booked even though in our opinion it was not of equal standard as our original booking, which was for a two double bedroom and two double ensuite apartment, but the alternative was one double ensuite and one twin room no ensuite, however they Informed us that we would have to pay extra for this alternative accommodation.
Obviously they were in breach of our booking contract when they double booked our stay yet expected us to pay more for their mistakes, this is clearly unacceptable and I would avoid at all costs.

When I obviously refused to pay any extra funds for what was clearly their negligence & incompetence, the clearly obvious inept agent who allowed our holiday to be double booked, then cancelled our holiday and returned funds after nearly 4weeks without any contact leaving us with booked and fully paid for flights, fast track security and car hire with no accommodation with only 19 days left before our departure day.
Just to top off the unbelievable and completely shocking experience
I then receive threats via email of legal action via solicitors because I left an honest account of how I was treated by leaving a poor review.
Avoid at all costs absolutely shocking company.
