I rented a car from United States toâŠ
I rented a car from United States to pick up in Torreón Coahuila.
Received a call the day before to confirm reservation and was told to bring license and cc used for reservation.
At the counter I was asked for a second form of id, proof of address and check stub.
They wouldn't accept them via WhatsApp they had to be original copies.
Was told go back and bring passport and we could rent with that.
Took me 1.5 hrs to get to airport so they wanted me to go and come back which would have been a total of 3 hrs.
At that point was pissed and cancel them right there locked my cc and contacted third party company used to make reservation to get my refund back.
