Total disrespect for data protection. Issued details of everyone's service charge balances along with the service charge accounts. Heard first hand how they mark up suppliers and/or collect commissions.

Sam was great, showed up on time, kept the place clean and tidy and done a great job with the preparation work in our bathroom. Ready to come back and finish the painting tomorrow.

As a new Leaseholder after a lifetime of being a freeholder and with all of the sensationalist reporting of horrific practices by some management organisations, we were extremely concerned as to how the future would hold for us.
Can’t say that everything is perfect, there are a always some issues, however we have a manager for our Block, Lois, who is readily accessible, understands the situations and acts promptly. We are extremely grateful for all that Lois has done for us in our new home

I have worked with many managing agent companies before and AM is by far the most responsive and efficient block management company, for both client landlords and residents. Company contacted us in regards to a gate repair, once a quote was issued they gave the order straight away and deposit invoice paid very quickly. Communication was easy and very responsive.
