In regard to my order in November about a waistband been on upside down
I though the issues had been resolved which I appreciated.
But my next order was worse, 2 pairs should not have passed quality control.
Im too embarrassed to send these as xmas gifts.
Time for me to say goodbye to Andrew Christian.
What used to be a great underwear brand as definitely gone down hill.

Placed an order in the summer for delivery to the UK value of around $50. Parcel didn't get despatched and eventually got cancelled. Only got refunded the cost of the products, not the tax and shipping cost to the UK, so this order cost me £30 with difference in buy and sale exchange rates and unused postal and taxes. Received nothing. Placed another order at the start of November and, again, nothing showing as shipped. Over the last year, placed 3 orders, received one, lost money on the second and goodness knows what will happen to the third. Lesson learnt, pay the extra and buy locally.

Update March 2024.

They launched a new website but it is not working for existing customers. I flagged to them a month ago that product size filtering is not working and they advised me it's in a long list of things to do, including moving old accounts across so my login is not recognised, and my existing trophy boy points and credit are not currently available. They say this is also being worked on including subscription access. Serious lack of planning. Will not be purchasing from them in until this is all sorted. I fear it may be the beginning of the end of what was once a great advocate and becon of light for the LGBT community.

Antwort kam via Trustpilot ich soll auf eine email warten 5 tage schon... denke nicht das man eine lösung findet... Lieferant sagt er hat zugestellt der Kunde hat bezahlt und bekommt nichts. Wirklich traurig. Today is the 15.12.2023 i still wait for a answer via Mail... very bad service....

The online ordering process for Andrew Christian is so smooth and convenient, and I love the styles of underwear they come up with. I also like that the brand appeals to a wide variety of people within the LGBT community, and that their underwear makes you feel naughty while still being sex-positive.

Terrible customer service. A pair of underwear arrived — which I ordered and had paid for — with a hole in the fabric. I immediately notified them over a month ago. I opened a claim, and they asked for photos and other details. I sent it to them several times. Though they were clearly sent, they would keep sending me boilerplate emails asking for the same information over and over. I kept sending it to no avail.

Andrew Christian has no phone to call and talk with someone, so their “customer service” is limited by their boilerplate emails.

I have bought hundreds of dollars of their merchandise over the years, but this is the end. They won’t receive another penny from me.

Great experience. Fast, easy and simple. Another fabulous pair of undies.

I will start with the positive.
Purchased items from them previously found the postage costs reasonable, in fact my latest order arrived today.
I intended to make another order and placed a garment in my basket, at checkout I almost hurt myself with so much laughter.
The postage cost for their sale items to the UK had gone from $10.05 to $90.96 a rise of 900% and you can not blame this on the postal service.
I have sent an email as surely it must be an error or is it the fact that the sale price is so low their clawing it back with over inflated postage.
No more future email correspondence as I have requested it to be stopped.

Update CS resolved the issue and I was able to place my order and it was shipped and received.

Delivery to the UK was very fast and prompt. Well packaged.

It was the best grab bag purchase we have received yet. Amazing fabric quality (as always) but the style selection we got was out of this world. The colors and fit was perfect and delivered promptly. Love Andrew Christian.

After multiple attempts to contact customer service through email, website contact form and phone, and then getting a response only some of the time, I discovered that this company is not giving me the full refund amount on items which I had either returned or on an item which was shipped to me in error. In one case it was 10 cents and the other was 6 cents, but still can't figure out the reasons for the discrepencies in purchase vs refund amounts. Furthermore, I never received a real explanation as to how I received a tank top after I had ordered a carbon tee in the first place. In fact, someone at the company/supplier/warehouse put a sticker (which indicated a tee) on the packaging of a tank top in order to pass it off as a tee, almost as if no one would notice, especially me the customer on the receiving end. I've been a loyal customer for about 10 years now and have spent literally thousands of dollars on mechandise from their company website, so I find the most recent contact (including lack of responses) with the company really frustrating and unacceptable. Seems like the customer service just keeps getting worse and worse. Why?? And I don't want to hear about that it's because of the pandemic either.

I have ordered many times from this website, and have never had an issue. Until now, but it was a package that said it was delivered to a few towns over from where I live. I contacted the company, and within 2 days I received a reply. They issued me a refund for the order I did not receive, and was able to reorder 2 of the 3 items I had previously ordered (one was sadly out of stock in my size). Highly recommend this company.

9 August - ordered sucessfully
14 August - contacted Andrew Christian to ask for order status
16 August - shipping label created (took 1 week)
16 August - estimated delivery to be on 28 August
16 August - Andrew Christian replied that it the order is now shipped
16 August - "preparing for final mile delivery" at Carson
17 August - feedback that 1 week t create shipping label is not reasonable
18 August - Andrew Christian replied that once package leaves facility, it is no longer their responsibility and confirmed that the package is on the way to me
22 August - went back to Andrew Christian that delivery tracker is not updated
22 August - Andrew Christian replied that we need to allow carrier time to fulfil delivery by 28 August before they can file a claim.
25 August - at Torrance (approx 3.7miles away from Carson)
25 August - in transit
26 August - followed up with Andrew Christian that 28 August is in 2 days and the delivery tracker is not moving
29 August - followed up with Andrew Christian but no reply
30 August - followed up with Andrew Christian but no reply

Conclusion - Andrew Christian stops replying and ghost customer for missing order and said that once package has left facility, it is no longer their responsibility, the carrier is.

I bought muscle shirts for myself and my Partner, for the first time after only buying underwear for years. We love both of them! The both fit well and are super sexy.

Given the other swimwear designs seen on the AC website, I was expecting to likely get some swim trunks and briefs. I ended up with some trunks and a leopard print thong.

The leopard print thong technically fit, but was kind of saggy around the pouch. Maybe I need to get my confidence up, but there are few places where I could wear this without getting stares, especially given my hairy butt.

I was prepared for the possibility that one piece would be kind of “out there”, while the other would make up for it.

Unfortunately, the trunks are downright unwearable. The pattern is fun and the overall style looks good, but this is the worst fitting thing I have ever put on my body. The middle seam in the front is tight and goes all the way down. Your only options are to either move your whole package to one side of the seam (which is not particularly comfortable and definitely not flattering), or allow the seam to dig down the middle of your scrotum.

When I brought this up with support, I was told returns and exchanges are not possible on the mystery box and that I should buy a specific piece of swimwear instead.

All in all, a very disappointing first time AC purchase experience. Unless AC can replace at least one of these pieces, I cannot see myself becoming a repeat customer.
