If you’re looking for an estate agent who combines expertise and efficiency, Andrew Craig is the one to choose. They made the sale a breeze, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome!

Really helpful estate agents. Personable, helpful and friendly. Thank you Lynn for showing us around two lovely homes and answering any questions we had. Much appreciated x

From initial contact to final completion, after many setbacks, the staff at the Gosforth office did their best to make my sale progress. It wasn't easy, with more than a few tense moments, but they got me there in the end. All of the office staff were sensitive to my stress and always did their best to allay my concerns. Thankyou.

Alex and Julie were really helpful and proactive throughout my purchase.
Easy to contact and kept things moving for a quick purchase.
Can’t recommend Andrew Craig Boldon highly enough.

Would like to thank both Georgia and Nicola, from start to finish you were both fantastic. From viewings to always chasing things up for us. Nothing was a bother. You were both so very professional & friendly and were always there if we needed to know anything. Right up until today when the sale was completed. You’re both absolutely fab. Thankyou for everything Lisa & Joe x

From start to finish Erin & the team kept me updated & informed. I found the process of moving home very stressful but Erin was always happy to answer questions & offer advice, allaying any anxiety.

Alison Gadomski was very helpful throughout our full purchase, always on hand to answer any queries or iron out any difficulties, would highly recommend Alison and the Gosforth branch

All staff especially Julie at the East Boldon branch were extremely helpful and professional throughout our dealings. Julie in particular went above and beyond on many occasions to get our sale completed. Thank you for making an extremely stressful time more bearable. You are a star!

Andrew Craig provided me with a very professional service, Eryn was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and great at jogging my solicitors along when required.
My aunt would be very happy with the way the sale went and she had used Andrew Craig herself on three previous occasions

The service I recently received from your Gosforth Branch was outstanding. The girls were always polite and professional even though I was at times very frustrated with the slowness of the Buyer and his Solicitor. His incessant requests for reductions was ridiculous but the girls kept me calm and convinced me not to withdraw my property. They chased the Solicitor and kept me up to date and I completed today. Thank you so much

Eryn at the Jarrow branch was extremely professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

We have been impressed by the team at Andrew Craig in Gosforth the whole way through the process of buying our first home. Their communication has been prompt and efficient, they have been helpful and professional at every turn and we have felt we've been in safe hands throughout.

Amazing service and such quick, efficient replies to our enquiries.
Very professional and helpful staff, cannot fault.

Very pleased with the service provided by Andrew Craig in selling my home, from the initial valuation through to completion and hand over of keys. The agent Eryn was very professional and kept me well informed throughout the process, looking out for my interests in the viewings and sale negotiations. Thank you Eryn!
Would definitely use Andrew Craig again and highly recommend.

Very professional , easy to work with, thorough and helpful. I couldn't find any faults , which is unusual for me.

Fab service we received from everyone whom dealt with the sale of our property, would highly recommend using them.

I honestly cannot fault this lovely team in Gosforth. From the start, I felt they were professional, honest and not at all pushy. I was kept in the loop and given the best advise and support from beginning to end. I hope I’ve found my forever home, but if I had to sell again, I will definitely be using this team and sincerely recommend them to anyone. A good experience all round. Well done and thanks to all.

Delt with Erin at Jarrow Office, always very helpful and kept me well informed, would recommend always

Excellent service, quick in responding to queries and booking viewings. I lost my first buyer and my house was back in a secure sale with in 1 week. Highly recommend.
